I was running late and ran through the Drive-Thru to grab chicken and fries. When I opened them, there were 8 little pieces, 2 so tiny I thought they threw them in as extra. Nope, this was one of my 8. I have been a loyal, regular customer for over 20 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever officially complained to corporate. This is becoming the norm, not a one-off. I was so disappointed.

2025.01.17 23:21 Several-Ad-7655 DCIS grade 3, stage 0- 16 weeks pregnant
Hi, I’m new here but looking for I guess similar experiences and any advice/tips/questions to ask.
I am 31 and I am 16 weeks along with my second child. I found a lump the week after a positive pregnancy test. Biopsy was suspicious and ultimately had a lumpectomy at 12 weeks. Patho result is DCIS, grade 3, stage 0, with PR+ and ER+. My Paternal grandmother had breast cancer in her early 50’s. Plan right now is for genetic testing and a bilateral mammogram and ultrasound to help guide plan of care. I was told pretty much A) do nothing B) mastectomy post delivery C) Tamoxifen after delivery for 5 years. Good news is surgery was successful with clean margins, I think they said 2mm. Mass itself was 2cm.
I feel like my medical oncology appointment today was a lot of her telling me “don’t worry this isn’t cancer and it is out. Enjoy your pregnancy” My concern mainly is recurrence and the unknown of my genetics and possibility of other areas of DCIS (being in my first trimester on discovery no mammogram was done and ultrasound was only on the palpable mass) I feel like grade 3, coupled with my age, and the delay in hormone therapy as well as not being able to do radiation makes me high risk for reoccurrence. I’m also worried about invasiveness if it reoccurs and concerned since this has all unfolded in pregnancy could reoccurrence happen sooner than later? What is the typical time when reoccurrence happens? Also the Tamoxifen is being highly recommended and honestly side effects of that on top of being post partum sounds hellacious. I also know nothing about long term effects. My family history also seems to go into menopause in their late 30s to early 40s. Tamoxifen treatment would then end when I’m 37, and then I could be heading straight to menopause. The team offered mastectomy as an option but do not feel it’s necessary as of now. I’m almost wishing for a mastectomy if it means I could potentially forego hormone treatment. I’m also wondering if there is any benefit to radiation post delivery. I’m at a loss I feel like all treatment options are suboptimal because of pregnancy and I want quality of life without feeling like shit- I also don’t want a reoccurrence. Totally in my own head running all the scenarios. Any thoughts, advice, similar experiences are welcome! Feeling a bit lost because there is limited literature on this in pregnancy.

Mainly asking as I feel it's kind of lame to have virtually all the Japanese players in MLB play for one team. I miss when you had Matsui on the Yankees, Ichiro on the Mariners, Matsuzaka on the Red Sox, Darvish in Texas, etc. MLB should try and increase diversity as much as they can when it comes to foreign players on teams. At the very least, maybe have a limit for how many foreign players can be allowed on one team. That's just my two cents and I'm curious to hear everyone else's opinion on this

I have a subaru legacy 205/60-16. I want a tire that can hold its own while driving in wet snow and rain. But i dont really want to take a 3 to 4 mpg decrease with the tires. I was looking at the cross climate 2. And i saw they decrease by 3 to 4 mpg. And i dont really want that to happen. I would also like a tire that has a thicker side wall. And 60k mile lifespan on the tires. So any recs?

I have a 2019 Acura MDX, and my key fob doesn’t have an engine start button on it. I was wondering if this model still has the remote start feature and if it’s possible to use my current remote for it.
Has anyone with the same model been able to remote start their car without the dedicated button? If so, how did you do it?
