Hi all, I’m wanting to quit smoking weed altogether after 4 years of daily use. I feel like the best approach for me would be cold turkey and getting rid of all that reminds me of it. I’ve tried many times before but have never been successful for more than maybe 3 months. There are dispensaries everywhere near me so that’s the tough part.
Initially started smoking as a way of masking my autism/CPTSD in public and numbing the symptoms at home. It used to serve a purpose, now not so much.
Lately, it’s been making me honestly miserable. When I do smoke I spiral and I’m paranoid, no strains are enjoyable but I just can’t get myself to stop. Sometimes I’ll even smoke, panic, feel relieved when the high goes down and smoke again an hour later after trying to convince myself not to. It’s bad.
I really want to quit and I acknowledge that it’s not serving me a purpose anymore but I’m not sure how. I’d be super grateful for any tips that have worked for you or might apply to my situation. Thanks in advance :)

I’m 26 year old with Engineering background in telecommunications. Due to various reasons I’m working as a home care worker at the moment. I’ll be doing this for at least a year and after that I’m planning to go to a community college and take some program for 1 year.
One of my friends took power engineering fourth class and is working in a company with very decent salary.
My question is can you guys suggest some programs which I could take in either healthcare or technical/ trade sector which is gonna pay me well like Radiation tech or something like that.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on which turntable to get. I have quite a few questions so I’ll try and explain them coherently. My speakers are triangle twin aio which do have a preamp.
I was originally thinking of getting the T2 super phono as it seems to have everything I want and I do really love the aesthetics of it too, I’m fairly new to the world of vinyl so I like that the tracking force, angle and anti skate controls are user friendly. However, now I’m wondering:
Would the preamp on the T2 superphono be better than the one in my speakers? Do I need an inbuilt preamp in my turntable at all?
Is the user- friendliness of the tone arm setup a lesser feature, would I be better with the debut carbon which uses a more traditional setup?
Is the carbon-fibre tone arm on the debut carbon an upgrade to the t2’s aluminium or just different?
I hope this makes some sort of sense and any advice or pointers would be really appreciated :)

Was recently finishing Alan Wake 2 and while it was a great game, I was pretty disappointed with the graphics of the game on Series X. I was playing on performance mode and the resolution of the game was quite low, with FSR making textures look overall more blurry. I’ve wanted a more powerful system to use in my living room since my family has a nice 4k OLED TV setup, and I don’t want to get a pc as know for a fact that my family will not appreciate having a giant PC always being connected to the living room TV. So I was wondering if it was valid to pay the $700 for the PS5 Pro, I will prob just give my series x to my brother and play on it whenever a new game shows up on game pass. Btw I do not pay at all for online for my consoles since the only online game I play is Warframe which you don’t have to pay online for.
