My husband and I are taking the day off of work together kid free in a couple of weeks, which as most parents know, doesn’t happen often. Usually when we have time off together without kids we go to the movie, bowling, maybe some shopping, in the summer go to the park, etc. With it being close to Christmas I’d like to do a fun winteChristmas day date. Preferably in Salt Lake City but we may be able to go to park city area as well. We are aware of a lot of the kid friendly Christmas activities but looking for something a little different.

I posted this on pagan but it wasn’t the right place, but someone said I might have accidentally created a tulpa. I made a joke, one time, about a goddess, not an existing one, just one I made up randomly, but I’ve actually begun to believe in her and worship and pray to her. I don’t know if she is a tulpa, I don’t think she’s too much more connected to me than anyone else, and I don’t see or feel her actively, I just feel her influence and spirit with me. What would you classify this as?

I've been investing in real estate as a buy and hold investor for almost 4 years now. 8 months ago, a childhood friend of mine, who's a working professional with 2 young children, turns to me at a wedding and says that he sees what I'm doing in the real estate world and wants to get involved, but doesn't want to learn. He told me he had 100K coming out of a CD and wanted to put it somewhere, so I told him no problem. I started bringing him in on short term lending opportunities (6 months or less) with annualized returns of 16-20%, all secured by property. This was an easy win for me because I'd know him since middle school. I really believe that this is a way for everyone to win. He puts his money to work at a pretty high rate, is secured in 1st position and doesn't really have to do anything other than wire the money to a title company. My team handles all the deal flow, underwriting and security documents. It seems like a pretty damn good opportunity for a lot of people, but sales is something that I'm new at. Marketing is something that I'm new at. What are some ways I can leverage social media and start marketing this type of business without sounding salesly or scammy?

La verdad llevo muchos años sin buscar parejas o conocidas por internet pero no me está funcionando. Desde el l 2019 no utilizaba facebook o Instagram para buscar conversar con alguien. Por problemas personales abandone ese hábito o costumbre de buscar conversar con mujeres por redes sociales. Llevo más de 8 meses intentando conseguir una chica dispuesta a hablar conmigo y las probabilidades son del 1% no estoy usando facebook. En Instagram me es imposible por Twitter jamás me han contestado y de verdad en este momento de mi vida necesito conseguir una chica para salir aunque sea a tomarnos un café. Será que mis fotos de Instagram no son las adecuadas.? Porque no recibo respuestas a la solicitud de mensajes. Antes aunque sea tenía un rasgo de efectividad del 15% será que el mundo cambio con la pandemia. Que alternativas recomiendan para ligar online. Y de verdad que no lo hago personalmente porque ahorita por motivos personales no tengo la posibilidad de asistir a un trabajo o a la universidad. Ya no se comienza una conversación con un.
