I am a 17 year old boy that just got done relapsing for the 5th time or so in the past two days after being on a one month streak! And now that i just relapsed again i feel so much more depressed than i ever felt trying to recover from porn addiction. The problem is when i do fap for some weird reason it gives me a frequent urination problem and it wont go away unless i fap again and it would eventually go away if i get Lucky but it might take weeks, so it results in making me feel super depressed and not wanting to do things that i love such as, going out places with family, or fun activities, etc... I just can not stand it and i can only go for an hour until all of a sudden it hits me and i gotta go super badly, i almost pissed myself several times most of them on my long bus ride too school! And this problem happening combined with every time i masturbate is becoming a huge problem as i am skipping school. And as i am writing this i almost just wanna run away from home and just hide out somewhere. I feel alone, scared, and just don't know what too do! No one knows about this problem i have besides on of my Friends but i just still feel super alone in this situation and there is no help or hope. If someone could at least explain too me why this happens every time i fap please let me know but i am just too scared to talk to anyone about this really even my therapist! FML rn...

I’m switching out some old outlets in my home and have come to discover that some of the old outlets have more terminals than the new outlets. I have to pigtail the wires. A few questions:
- Firstly: The wires in the outlet are solid, I believe they’re 14 gauge. I can only seem to find stranded THHN by the foot. Can I mix and match these safely (according to code)?
- Second: For the pigtails, is it better to use wire nuts or WAGOs? Is there code that applies to this as well?
- Lastly: would an electrician laugh in my face if I asked him to check my work?
