I just ordered a wearable hands free pump on amazon, and upon the first use it stripped my skin around the base of the nipple. Now im scared to use it again since my nipples are sore. Am I using a wrong flange? It comes with a flange measuring tape and I suppose to use 24mm flange. Should I size down the flange?

She's just there. Understands me. I love her. She loves me. At my worst she there to tske away the pain and fill me with euphoria and happiness even if just for a night. I look forward to popping her top. I've somehow formed a lust after it. It sounds dumb I know but in any moment when I'm just too depressed I drink and feel better.
I'm posting because I'm so confused. Do I need help? What even is help anymore, I just want this feeling to never end. It literally helps with so much of my issues. Depression, anxiety, loneliness. I love drinking. I love her.

My spouse and I going through the process of a theft recovery appraisal. We had already accepted the settlement amount and we were working with Copart and our adjuster when the car was found, which stops the total loss process. Sedgwick reviewed the supplemental estimates from the service center, then they sent my spouse a text that says that the vehicle is a total loss. Our adjuster says that it’s an error and we should ignore the total loss message until the collision repair estimate comes in.
The collision center called me last week to tell me that the vehicle’s damage is greater than the value of the car. BEFORE YOU SAY IT: I know the body shop does not make that call, insurance does.
I understand wanting all the estimates to come in, but it’s like pulling teeth to get the adjuster to answer anything. We’re going on 2 months without the car and they would not extend the rental policy.
We’re hoping they agree with the collision center and total it just so we can put the nightmare behind us.
Has anyone else experienced this?
