We ended up with a kitten born outsides approximately 8-12 weeks old. He’s quite scared but he will now allow me to get within a foot of him and slide him food. He’s meowing a lot like crying sort of or just meowing….i want to comfort him but then he is so scared he runs. How do I proceed?

the phreaks have been introduced. what purpose do they have?! I know its fighting overwatch but we already have null sector (against the system filling they're purpose) and talon. its talon. but i have a THEORY on they're purpose and it involves Juno think about it, she's a new arrival to earth and the phreaks would hear of this and think "we need to save this girl from getting hurt in the system" and either kidnap her or convince her to come with them, she'd bond with them and have to choose between her new friends or overwatch maybe convincing the phreaks to become "associates" of overwatch (they still hate them, but they have to work together to turn talon and null sector into a pile of rubble. this is a weird sorta bad idea but it makes sense and it could work if written well enough
