Hello hoping to get a bit of help from anyone as I've tried myself and maybe I'm just bad still at giving the AI proper instructions, but every story I create it tries to describe a room as dimly lit when it shouldn't be anywhere near dimly lit and it's finally driven me crazy enough to ask here. I do have some descriptors that say it's a dark, gritty and evil story and other words like it but even if I remove those descriptions or not put them in the story to begin with it always tries to say a room is dim.

Hello, I recently decided I wanted to try a different birth control. I was previously on marlissa for a while but I kept forgetting to take the pill at the same time each day so I wanted to try something different. I was prescribed xulane after speaking with my primary care. I wore this patch for a week with no issues then during the second week I got my period and it hasn't stopped since. It's been about two weeks. I ended up taking the patch off two days ago, which was towards the end of the third week of the patch, because I believe I am allergic to the adhesive and it was irritating my skin a lot. I decided I was going to just go back to the birth control I was on before. I was going to wait a week so I was in the same schedule I was on before (this week (starting Sunday) is the week I would have worn no patch/ been on the placebo if I stayed on the pill) but the bleeding hasn't stopped. Is there anything I can do because I am miserable at the moment. I saw something online about taking Advil? How much would I need to take?

Anyone else notice this? I’m working really hard to keep reflux out of my esophagus, but the bloating and gurgling is pretty horrific. I suspect laying down frequently in the past helped the air pass on to lower gi. And now I’m worried that the air pressure building up from preventing reflux is going to worsen the hiatal hernia that they think is causing the reflux. It’s uh, quite the cycle, and I’m seriously considering botox now even though I’m honestly pretty scared of the procedure and recovery.

I'm 19 and live with my single mom and slightly younger brother. My parents divorced when I was 3 and I would visit my father every other weekend until I was around 14, and I've only seen him a handful of times since then and we are essentially no contact. He wasn't necessarily bad, he just wasn't present and I have no relationship with him and no desire to build one. Point is, I grew up without a dad. I realized I was trans around 2021. I will admit of course I spent all my time online during quarantine, but this is the reason my mom thinks I believe I'm trans. I told her when I was about 16, told her I want to transition when I was 18, and now at 19 I have started T. My mom is not supportive but not actively trying to stop me, but she expresses how she thinks this is a mistake and that I'm following a trend to cope with not having a dad. I have doubted my transness in the past before of course and I am again. How do I know if I am really trans? How do I know if this is who I am or if I just lean towards masculine things? Yes I was a tomboy as a child but my mom insists she just doesnt think I am a guy (like how her mom knew her son was gay) and that I'm just making a mistake. I think the concept of following people making video games is fun but the way they have kids making basically Tetris like games just isn’t interesting. It would have been more fun if the process of making video games was shown with timelines like beat and motion and bakuman where over the course of several months they spend insane hours working on something that’s really cool. I’m just bummed cuz a manga about making video games sounds cool but I just never found it interesting even if it was a little charming.
