It makes sick how little of the cut artists make on like … anything. I’m spicy because I’m writing a paper about this tonight, and just … ugh.
It’s shocking to see rough percentages they take home not just from ticket sales, but albums (um, wtf?) or even venues claiming 20% from merch sold at shows (WTF!!?!)
… I don’t understand how the hell anyone is supposed to actually make a living in this industry. And I know this isn’t like a “new thing” and many of y’all are probably aware, but … Can I just like hand them some cash or will someone try and take some off the top of that, too? 😤 Got these dudes out here playing their fucking hearts out and don’t even get me started on what Vessel pours into his vocal performances. I’m sure they’re not starving, but they’re not getting paid what they deserve. Probably nobody is, unless they own the label.
I thought I was doing all the right things to support the bands I love and thank them for the art they make — because art is NECESSARY —and yeah, I just hate this business I guess? Anyway, if anyone has any great ideas to support music better or ST wants to make a Patreon, hit me up.

So all of a sudden, about 10 days ago, I get the can't display try again in 5 second message but no matter what I did it wouldn't work. Contact Xchange support they say it's a glitch they are working on. So finally I get it back in the last hour and wouldn't you know it nothing in my department.. I guess everyone is looking for hours so I guess I can't be surprised but still I can't help but think.. really?? 😁

2024.11.25 05:38 Cramsondex_93 I need help, guys. Yaschas Massif will just not stop being stuck at loading screen.
I'm playing FF XIII on my 13 years old PlayStation 3 again after half a decade and now Yaschas Massif won't load no matter what. Every time i leave Vallis Media to enter YM, the latter area's ambience music plays for a few seconds, the "now loading" message appears, then the music stops and the game remains stuck at said loading screen. I can still press the PS button on the controller and access the XMB menu though. I deleted my saves and started a new game from scratch, but even with new saves YM still won't load. I removed and reinserted the disk and restarted the console many times and this issue simply persists. What could be the reason for that, guys? Every other location in the game loads just fine and in fact this never happened in my previous playthrougs up to 2019. I sure hope i won't need to completely reset the PS3 and start from the beginning yet again.

Noob here. Just want clarification, when people say it shares gear do they mean if it has MNK as a class you can equip it? Or just that most likely MNK and SAM will be listed? I also saw people say it shares gear with DRG but I’ve found heaps of gear listed as DRG without listing SAM and I can’t equip that gear

 | I know support isn’t going to be helpful at all and I know that they can’t give out info on what customer left what rating (for obvious safety reasons) but is there a way for me to figure out why I have a 1 and 3 star rating? Like find out the reasoning the customer had for leaving a low rating? Do they give feedback when they rate? I’ve never been rude to a customer, never not completed or unassigned an order, I always follow delivery instructions to a T. I’m at a loss here. They’re supposed to rate the food separately and if it was an issue with the food or a missing item etc, they exclude those ratings. YES I know it’s not the end of the world, but it bothers me because I’ve put so much effort into being a reliable and trustworthy dasher and it kinda hurts that someone felt the need to rate me so low. What the title says. For my birthdays and Christmas, my friends ALWAYS SUCCEED to give me really good gifts. But when I attempt to figure out what they want they tell me not to get them anything 😭😭😭😭or they specify something that cost $1 and to literally give them that, no wrapping paper or gift bag just the gift in its pure naked form😭😭😭😭 And like, after we became friends my birthday was first so before I found out about their gift preferences they went all out for me. So am I supposed to tell them if they don’t let me give them gifts then now I should not receive gifts then???? Or I know we all love food. Do I just sneak in paying or something???? Or do I keep doing what they do where they just give me gifts so I just do it back 😭😭😭😭
Also we are college students. The stuff we get is from Five Below/Dollar Tree/If Amazon has a super good Prime Deal.

My partner and I don't live together and on average only see each other once a week. We spend most of the day together and he takes me home at night because I normally have work the next day. While he's getting ready to go I normally get my perfume out and spray it over his bed, pillows, and blankets. Then I just make his bed. Its a simple thing I did once without thinking and I've been doing it everytime since. He also makes my bed and tucks me in before he leaves my house.
I have no clue what started this routine for us but it's nice and comforting.
As a note he has a bottle of my perfume himself since he likes how I smell but refuses to use it since he wants to save it, meaning I use my own bottle on his bed lol.

I have always been doing this when I'm stressed without noticing, biting the inside side cheeks skin of my mouth. Now that I know about OCD, is it skin picking? I thought it was normal, but when I questioned people, do they do it too, no one seems to agree. I don't know how to stop, I do it without noticing especially when I am stressed.
