I've seen many videos where people in japan eat rice with raw eggs mixed in it. From what I got to know, is that japanese eggs are pasteurised and have a very short expiry date, 1week-2weeks. Whereas indian eggs can be kept upto 2 months, so I was wondering if we can eat indian eggs raw or should I just try it when I go to my native place where we raise our own chickens

I'mma copy combo video which I get , but is it useful though? , i don't know nothing about notation, the basics sure, like Twisted sonic 23-12>TA and "~" that kinda stuff but, I don't really know the more advanced notation nerdy thing, is it really 100% necessary that you learn the notation? Why can't I just copy a combo just looking at it trick by trick and execute it exactly like the video? Won't that work? Is it a necessity ? Or is it that the notation are just a form of communication in penspinning?

32yr old Female, 160lbs, 2 weeks postpartum.
during my pregnancy i was prescribed a beta blocker (metoprolol) due to dealing with tachycardia that severely triggered anxiety attacks. i was prescribed 50mg a day. i continued to take it after birth as well.
a couple of days ago i noticed that i just wasn’t feeling good and that i had this constant tightness in my chest but just put it off to anxiety. a few nights ago i really just couldn’t shake the feeling that something was wrong so i decided to take my blood pressure just to be sure. my bp was slightly elevated for me (i usually run on the lower end) but i noticed that my heart rate was low at 55. the combination freaked me out so i went to the ER. while i was there my heart rate was ranging from low 40s-70s. they tested me for everything, i had ultrasounds of my legs, chest xray, ct scan, and 3 different EKGs. everything came back normal, but they suggested i follow up with a cardiologist. i made an appointment but the soonest they can see me is December 16th. they also suggested i cut my dosage of metoprolol in half.
now i am obsessively monitoring my heart rate throughout the day and most of the time my resting rate has been 70s/80s, sometimes it’s high around 100-105. higher with activity of course. but when i am laying down its dropping into the low 50s, high 40s. i dont really have any dizziness when this happens, however i can feel when its low. i get a tight feeling in my chest and feel a bit short of breath. my oxygenation is fluctuating between 95-99%. i’m just terrified im going to fall asleep and just not wake up 🥴
should i be concerned? is this because of the medicine i am on? i’m just really worried there is something seriously wrong and my appointment is so far away.
