Today I think I started noticing fasciculations in my tongue today. Nothing super bad, just looks like sudden jerks and tiny movements in certain spots. Not the “worm-like” movements that is often described with ALS Tongue twitches. It could be related to my anxiety and hyper-focusing on it. But anyway of course I'm worried about the “Big Bad” so I was hoping I could get some reassurance from people that have dealt with tongue twitches and how I can move past it. I see my GP on Dec. 6th for something unrelated but will ask her to examine me for this also. I am just trying really hard not to spiral again.

As many other redditors have suggested, it’s a great week to cap off any ascendant shards and farm up some gear. Double rewards and very little trouble bulldozing with reasonably capable guardians. 15-17 minutes runs and definitely can go faster w a strong group.

Ex contacted me last week afyer she broke up with her reboundand and we had sex 3 times already.
She is in substance abuse recovery (adderall). Beside that I really appreciate her. And the sex is crazy.
Any of you ended up still meeting someone else while still having their ex in the area?
The sex with ex gives me confidence and focus in general especially for my new stressful job i started last week.
She told me she's knows we cannot workout but she enjoys my presence. Also she is in recovery so her main focus is on her recovery.

I (28F) am going on a first date with an INTP guy who’s six years older than me, and I’m feeling nervous. I didn’t realize the age gap until I checked his age again on his profile, which has made me a little apprehensive.
He asked me out for dinner right after we matched (which seems to be the norm nowadays). I didn’t say yes right away and started chatting with him instead. i'd have no problem doing this in resolve, however, i have a semi blind friend who creates on the fly tutorials using an ATEM. this means he ends up with a bunch of synced files, and what he wants to do is drop them as is into an app and be able to simply chop up as necessary, maintaining video and audio sync of course.
it's a long time since i've used anything but resolve, so i'm wondering whether adobe premier elements would handle this - bear in mind he requires a 'simple' solution that will run on a not too hot pc, with a scaleable interface (the resolve ui is unreadable for him).
your thoughts most welcome...
