When I was 15 I had a lot of problems with my mental health. I was sent to a residential for a few months where they prescribed me an unethical amount of drugs. I was prescribed; 60mg of prozac, 40mg abilify, 20mg buspirone, and 5mg prazosin. The main problem I have is with the abilify dosage. My mental health problems at the time were depression, anxiety, and ptsd. I had no signs of bipolar or psychosis. They would raise my dose when i showed the slightest annoyance or agitation. Yeah, of course a 15 year old girl living with a group of 10 other teenage girls. Her getting annoyed once in a while is obviously very concerning and she needs a heavy dose of mood stabilizers. Mind you when I was annoyed it was eye rolls and passive aggressive comments, I was not losing my temper or having any behavioral problems. Why did they have me on so much abilify? Or is there no reason I was on so much abilify and they were just being irresponsible (as adolescent residential programs are very well known for doing). After getting out of res I went back to inpatient a little over a month later where they weaned me off the the full abilify dose and some of the prozac in the span of 5 days (also super ethical and not at all dangerous). Worst feeling I have ever felt in my life.

Tal vez es demasiado pronto para cuestionarme (cuestionarnos, ahora que lo publico aquí) eso, porque tengo 17 años y solo he tenido 2 relaciones serias en mi vida y un crush unilateral (creo que crush es eso en sí.)
Pero bueno, ahí les va:
La primera relación fue con un chico al que llamaremos Alex (porque sí), a Alex lo conocí por medio de mi hermana mayor (él es mayor que yo por un año) y era un muchacho que estaba interesado en mi. Yo sabía que él gustaba de mi y fuí a su cumpleaños porque pensé que tal vez también me gustaba a mi, y luego nos volvimos pareja cuando se declaró un día el cuál no recuerdo (lo siento, Alex)
Yo creía que me gustaba, pero cuando comenzamos a ser pareja dejó de gustarme luego de un tiempo, llegó la cuarentena y al no poder vernos, decidí terminarle por mensaje de texto (decisión de la que me arrepiento, hubiera sido mejor haberlo hecho en persona.)
Igual "Alex" y yo nos volvimos amigos porque el repitió de año, así que no hubo mayor problema.
La segunda relación si fue un poquito más seria, y fue con un chico al que llamaremos Tanque (¿Por qué? Porque le gustan los tanques), Tanque y yo nos conocimos, cómo no, por medio de mi hermana mayor también.
Conectamos desde el momento en que mostramos tener el mismo tipo de humor y forma de pensar (o al menos eso creo, capaz cree que soy tremenda estúpida JAJSJAJ)
Con los días mi crush por el comenzó a aumentar y me dí cuenta que era recíproco. Entonces, un día, comenzamos a salir.
Y entonces... Él me dejó de gustar, o eso creo.
Cuando no estaba con él me sentía increíblemente ansiosa y abrumada por mis sentimientos, pero en lugar de querer verle, quería evitarlo a toda costa. Solo me sentía ligeramente aliviada cuando estaba con él. Ligeramente.
Supe en el momento que eso no era normal (o eso pensé), así que terminé la relación, está vez, en persona como debía ser.
Y luego tenemos a mi crush, a él le diremos Shinji (porque le gusta Neon Génesis Evangelion.)
Cuando conocí a Shinji la primera vez no me llamó demasiado la atención, en realidad sólo me gustó su cabello que era largo hasta los hombros, según recuerdo. Pero cuando lo escuché expresarse (ya saben, sus chistes, su forma de ser), empezó a gustarme y... Inició el infierno.
Cuando estoy enamorada yo no me siento bien, no se siente como mariposas bonitas en el estómago (más bien se siente como murciélagos con sarna.) Entonces la pasé MUY mal todo el tiempo que él me gustó.
Hice cosas estúpidas de persona enamorada, cosas que recuerdo y me dan ganas de darme un tiro con un Glock.
Como por ejemplo, una vez que le besé el dorso de la mano y salí corriendo (como una colegiala de anime), o una vez que le regalé una bolsa de palmeritas (dulce común en mi país) a medio comer y duras. Eso último pasó porque yo le había regalado unos chicles de sandía y decidí que la próxima vez le regalaría algo más simple (yo no contaba con que el amigo esa próxima vez me regaló una bolsa de gomitas, su dulce favorito, de paso)
Entonces, llegó un momento en el que me dejó de gustar, que fue el momento en el que se quitó el tapabocas por primera vez.
Yo estaba celebrando con alegría y devoción (me volvió a gustar denuevo, pero ese no es el punto.)
Con estas tres pequeñas anécdotas(?, creen que tengo apego evitativo? O solo estoy sobre-analizando mi poca experiencia en el ámbito amoroso y debería mejor ser una chama chill de cojones? (Perdón, mal chiste.)

 | I’ve got a 26 year old forced air furnace and a nest thermostat. The blower was turning on and the flames were firing. But the flames would turn off after 30 seconds or so and it would reset. I replaced the filter and while doing so, I found this torn gasket of some kind hanging in the furnace. I removed what I could see and closed it back up. It’s now running fine. But it doesn’t look like I have the whole gasket and I’m not sure what it is or if it’s critical. Do I need to get someone out? Any advice would be appreciated.
