contract hire: -rlly good name that could take me places -1 hr commute both ways -terrible pay -in a department I’m not passionate about -once again the name is a huge flex
FTE: -role is less intimidating -firm is small/unknown -pay is much better (not great tho) -commute is 4 min -a lot of opportunity for growth
a lot of ppl telling me to suck it up for the contract hire because having that name on my resume is a huge advantage but the FTE has such a better WLB (I’m 24 btw)
any advice/input would be much appreciated

I’m from Utah, I speak American English. I get told that I either have the best or worst Utah accent. And when I get excited I have a definite femmy obviously-gay guy accent too.
When I speak Spanish, Spanish speaking people tell me I sound like a Spaniard (un español castellano) with an American accent trying to talk like a Mexican.
How does this work? Wouldn’t my Spanish have more of an Utah-flavored femmy-gay-guy American accent to it?
The Spanish I usually come across is Latin American Spanish, usually Mexican variety in person. The pronunciation of Spanish I learned is the Latin American Spanish.

The hardest character to scale in all of anime has to be asta cause literally he has anti magic and we know everything created like time-space or cutting a dimension or moving in time stop is all connected to magic and guess what? Asta has anti magic so most of his feats don't even count for physical strength and shit and his best feat was that metor which was COUNTRY-CONTENT but he had help with mana and the magic sword and anti magic and the metor is made of magic so you can't even rly scale him.
