2024.11.25 06:40 Alca_John Astronomical problem. 7 moons (Please Help).
Ok so, I may have made a mistake. I am workshopping a world with 7 moons. I made it this way for mythological reasons (7 angels I won't get into), what I was not ready for is for one of my players to be very excited about astronomy and has been asking me more and more detailed questions each time. So far I've given them very handwaved answers but now I realized I need a system.
What I have so far is that this world has: 7 moons. A day that lasts 30 hours. 10day week. 10 months. 500 days a year. 5 seasons (4 being your typical seasons and having a 5th which in short is a 2nd winter).
Now, I'm asked for HOW does the moons work and affect the system. Here is where I have no clue what in hell am I doing.
I wrote that there are: - 2 huge moons with a cycle of 125 days each (aligned to the seasons). - 2 large moons with a cycle of 50 days (to match the lenght of one month) - 2 medium moons with a cycle of a week (a 10day) - 1 small moon with a cycle of 250 days and visible only for 50 days.
I absolutelly just BSed this part based on random things I just casually read and I'm regretting it. I kindof was alucinating that the arrival of the small moon caused the fifth season but that is me knowing nothing of how this works alucinating stuff.
Can someone more knoledgable help me out? Is there a way to make this system work?

2024.11.25 06:40 nicktheman19 Is DMC (3, 4, 5) Gameplay More Advanced Than Bayonetta?
While I love Bayonetta... I can't help but feel the combat in DMC is more satisfying and offers more depth. Bayonettas combat allows for too much flexibility in combos making it feel like most moves aren't that significant. Bayonetta is certainly more entry level friendly, since it is so easy to string combos, but the sacrifice is the gameplay ends up being shallower.
Is this just in my head? The more I learn how to play DMC the more true it feels.

2024.11.25 06:40 druhl Framer Mouse pointer gets stuck/ basic mouse pointer appears, while hovering over an embedded widget! Help!
I was trying to incorporate an external widget as embed on my website (basically the Instagram integration by Common Ninja).
I found that while hovering over the embed, the circular mouse pointer I'm using in Framer gets stuck and the default/ windows mouse pointer reappears while scrolling the posts.
Is there a way to use the framer Mouse pointer over the embed? Am I missing something setting here?
