Hello, so wanted rich notifications and saw there was a workaround with Pushover so decided to try it but after I press the doorbell button, I get notified via Reolink in around 3ish seconds but then it takes 10-15 seconds to get the image notification on Pushover.
Why idea why this is the case?

I won a bid for 2 x wd sn 850x SSD for a solid $100 open box, asked seller if he could keep the price below $20 before he shipped to avoid customs (I live in Asia and the item was shippable to Asia), he declined.
I said ok, and before making payment asked him if he can send the pictures of the drive as it's open box so I know what I'll.be recieving, he completely ignored my question and goes
"Hello, thanks for your business! I am ready to ship the following item: WD - BLACK SN850X 1TB Internal SSD PCIe Gen 4 x4 NVMe $100.00. Unfortunately, I can't ship the above until I've received a payment. Can you please let me know"
The seller has 100% positive feedback (50 reviews), now 30 min after he sends me this message he cancelled my order stating "Something was wrong with the buyer's shipping address." He didn't even wait for reply...
This is ridiculous, looks like he's refusing to answer my question and there's a reason i spent time to bid on this auction. I'm so frustrated.
What to do? Report the seller?
I really needed this drive...

We are currently navigating to an external platform using an action button on the CPQ quote screen. However, we want this link to open in a new browser tab instead of replacing the CPQ quote screen.
As of now, when the action is triggered, the destination URL (where the user gets logged in via SSO) opens on the same tab. Could someone please let me know if there is a way to configure or implement this so the link opens in a new tab by default?
