I have been playing this game for almost 150 hours and one of my bones to pick with the dev is that there is no way to get street names. It makes it incredibly difficult to gauge where I am in a given city, and the distances between each station. I know that adding a feature or even mod is probably not out yet (because it'Il take 20 years),but do any of you guys know if anything is out there yet?

So I work at a facility and we’re right next to another facility. This hospice nurse came in looking for her patient and him and ours have very similar names and same birthdays like only the spelling is off for the last names but pronounced the same and they’re both on hospice. And so I guess she saw him yesterday for the first time and she just took his vitals and dropped somethings off. We discovered it and directed her to the right facility when she tried signing in with me today and I saw the spellings.
She reported it on her end and collected the items she dropped off and went to see the correct patient so is anything else going to happen?

First of all, I don't get orders often. So I do my best to get 5 stars for every order. I make 3d illustrations. We(me and the buyer) worked together in August to illustrate his book cover page. He gave me 4 stars with the comment "Great work" despite I did everything he asked. He didn't request any revisions or discuss anything about the illustration. I followed up to ask if there was anything I could improve or if there were any issues, but he didn’t respond.
Today he came back saying he needs another cover page done. Considering I'm already at 4.9 stars, I don't want to take the risk of getting another less-than-perfect rating. So I said, "Sorry, I'm not interested in working with you". Then he called me "Trash" and blocked me. Is this normal here? or was I at fault in handling the situation?

Hello! I’ve posted here a few times before I think but I’m (18F) a caretaker for my father who is an amputee. He lost his leg the year after my mom died, and everything went to hell after that. We lost our car and I never managed to get my license, and I also ended up dropping out of school in my senior year so I never graduated. I’ve lost a lot of progress just trying to put the pieces of my family back together and now I’m completely stalled because I’m stuck taking care of my father and we don’t have any family friends in the area that ever come around to help me (seems like this is the case for most of us)
I love him, I really do, but our relationship is not what it used to be. He is really negligent about taking care of himself and always manages to reopen his stitches somehow so he keeps getting infections and going back in the hospital, then coming back out and the cycle starts over again. It doesn’t seem like things will ever get better. We’re both miserable and he takes out his frustration about our situation on me by snapping at me constantly. Our house is a disaster because every time I clean, he makes it dirty again in a day.
Everything is so overwhelming and I’m already so burnt out from taking care of him that I can’t even find the motivation to try and get myself back on track with my life. I want to get my GED and go to college and be happy and successful like I know I can be, but I’m stuck in this house and he HATES living in any kind of assisted living place. He stayed in one physical rehab place for a month and complained to me every single day about how awful it was so I’ve abandoned hope of ever being able to convince him to go there for good.
I understand that he highly values his independence, but so do I! I really don’t know what to do..I don’t want to be stuck here for the rest of his life taking care of him. I feel so guilty for thinking that and I know I don’t have it as hard as some of the other people in this subreddit do, but I feel like I’ve lost the last years I had of being a teenager and I’m probably going to lose my 20s too if I don’t find a way to save myself before it gets really bad.
My case manager told me that there’s a place I could go to live for two years where they will help me get my GED, my license, and get me on track, but I would have to live in a dormitory far away from my dad and I don’t know how he would handle taking care of himself. If I ask, he’ll say that he can manage just fine by himself and the occasional home health nurse (borderline useless imo no offense but my dad needs more help than they can give) , but I know he can’t.
Sorry for the long post, this was half a vent and half me asking for advice from people that have more experience than me with this sort of thing.
