Hello,
I am a woman (24 years old, height 178 cm, weight 68 kg, I don't take any medication, I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol and I suffer from IBS).
I had a pretty bad virus a week ago, during which I vomited and had diarrhea for a day, otherwise I had a headache, jaw, ears, limbs and felt very tired.. I think it might have been covid. I contracted it from a friend who had the same symptoms.
A week after the onset of symptoms I had a blood test (mainly for the CRP value, which was normal). All the values were normal except for the platelets, which were slightly low - 124. The doctor didn't concern herself too much with this, nor did she invite me for a follow-up, which was a bit disconcerting. I would like to ask if the reduced platelet count could have been caused by a virus/covid... Could this be a sign of leukemia, is it alarming even though the rest of the values were fine? I'm also wondering if reduced platelets could be the result of prolonged stress. I have an anxiety disorder and a great fear for my health¨, which reduces my quality of life.. lately I have gone through a lot of stress.. thank you in advance for your opinions..

Its easier to grow with Short form content than you think. here's how I to think of content and most importantly how to monetize it.
Step 1: Understand Your Niche and Audience

  1. Identify Your Niche: Decide on the specific topic or niche you want to focus on. For example, my niche is how AI is impacting software engineering.
  2. Research Your Audience: Understand who your target audience is, what they are interested in, and what kind of content resonates with them. For example, my target audience is the younger audience in Reels who are just coming into the job market.
  3. Specific Tactics
    1. Take your 3 most recent posts and ask ChatGPT what your niche is
    2. Ask your community - post an IG story and ask what your audience does for a living
Step 2: Outline your Story. 1. Write a brief outline that includes a clear beginning, middle, and end. Make sure to include a hook at the start and a call to action at the end. The call to action is VERY IMPORTANT. DO NOT skip this. I’ve posted 1000+ times over 4 years and I have the data to back this up - when I have a CTA to follow, 28% more people will follow - this is the key to growing your IG and building a community in the long run.
Step 3: Nail the Hook
Step 4: optimize for Engagement.
When I posted this on Contentempire and InstagramMarketing I was shocked to see how many people with 250k+ followers dont know how to moentize their instagram.

Stinx grew up to be a failed influencer. She is a reviled laughingstock in the influencer community and barely gets any traction anymore. Ergo a failure.
Livvie went to Princeton, and has spent the entirety of her adulthood taking pout-faced selfies, photos of her nails/coffee, partying and traveling.
My understanding of the admissions process at elite universities is that they try to select students who will contribute to society and be proud alumni that will reflect well on these institutions, but these two women do anything but. Like for real what have they achieved? When the admissions committee was deciding who would take those seats they could’ve chosen people that would’ve made the most of that opportunity yet they chose these ne’er-do-well turds. And the only reason they got into the schools is because of privilege and family money. They were not the best nor the brightest and their actions following graduation is all the proof you need. Am I missing something or are there valid reasons behind why they were selected?

Up until a day ago, I was dating someone whom I recently discovered is taking Valaciclovir every day. He also has multiple tubes of cream with the same name. He claimed it's for shingles, I can't find anything that says someone would take that medication daily to prevent shingles. I'm obviously confused and somewhat concerned. The only reason for someone to take it daily that I can find via Google, is herpes.
A bunch of things had come out lately- mainly that he had a huge propensity for ladies in the SW business up until VERY shortly before we dated. No judgement whatsoever for people in that line of work, but I have always taken safe sex very seriously, and it's a concern. (He also had a long history of drug use & needles.20 yrs on and off) We're both in recovery and have both been clean for over 5 years each.
Is that medication prescribed for the reasons he claims, or do I need to make an appointment?
I had a fairly recent annual (May) and had a std panel done, but according to Google you have to ask for a Herpes test as it's not typically done in a normal panel.
