Would have to include an SQL server 2022 in the monitoring here, googled briefly for this purpose and found the following: https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/wmi_microsoft_sql_server_2022_sensor
Unfortunately, this sensor does not exist, as I then had to figure out.
Why bother adding sensors to the manpages when they don't even exist yet? This is - if you'll excuse the term, - pointless nonsense and only creates confusion when users looking up how to monitor stuff.

I received a very odd phone call from a family member in Kapooka yesterday. They had asked if it would be better if they came home so that they could support their girlfriend, and stated that the time apart will put strain on their relationship.

2024.11.25 08:19 nuhouse 2.5 month update. Concern about unusual tightness at certain parts on the scar. Please help.

I got the surgery done around early September. So it’s more than 2.5 months since the procedure. Since I got it done due to phimosis, I didn’t have any preference for the style. I am a grower. Mostly happy with the decision except a few concerns which are making me very anxious.
Just to clarify. First picture is between flaccid and fully erect. 2nd pic is fully erect at the moment. 3rd pic is from the side when fully erect.
I have a few questions i would like to get some opinions from this community.

  1. Does my healing look okay. I see that there is small folding of the skin on the left side, probably due to a bad stitching. Doesn’t concern me much, but is there a chance that it will smoothen over time or should i just live with it. Is there anything i can do to smoothen it.
  2. Most of the stitches fell by themselves around 15 to 20th day mark except a couple which i pulled them with sanitized tweezers. But i still see there are bumps on the inner skin side of the scar. They don’t look like the railroad track pattern, but they more seem like bumps or bulges. Are they forever or any measures to flatten them.?
  3. Now the most important question which is making me very anxious, when i see the fully erect penis, there is a tight feeling which feels like a rubber band choking it. I read every possible post here that said it will loosen over time and it actually did. But my main concern is. I see very big bump going inside on the sides(like a rubber band strangling it, pardon my hand drawing). Anyone faced anything similar? Will it straighten ever like a smooth line?? It actually isn’t as tight as it looks, but the shape is just making me cry every night thinking i made a mistake.
  4. Now last concern, there is one particular part on the scar exactly to either side where frenulum meets the scar(seen in 3rd pic). I feel very sore and swollen every-time i get an erection. Doesn’t feel like that anywhere else on the whole scar except that Y intersection junction of fren and scar. It feels like i accidentally left a stitch inside my body(is that possible). Should i see my doctor for that. It feels abnormal that only a particular section is getting sore.
Reading all the posts in the sub, i got the Mederma scar gel, silicone strips and vitamin E oil. Confused as to which product to use for which concern of mine. I really want to solve my above 4 concerns. This is one of the most positive and supportive subs I been part of. Possibly read every post since a couple months. Any kind of help or suggestions is appreciated.
