Looks like the Wife was getting yelled at by her husband but instead of yelling back at her White husband she yelled at a concerned bystander. Then her POS husband attacked him. I told you guys, these types are usually a match made in heaven.

 | During Summer, Kid picked a few stones in a River in a Nature Reservate in the Bavarian Forest. I tried to polish them up a little bit, they seem to be kind of super dark smokey quartz. Both scratch glass. What i do not really know is the green stuff in it. I assume kind of "Malachite"? Is that possible? At least they found boytroidal Malachite not very far away in old mines. What i do know is that the place (Bavarian Forest Mountains) are silurian gneissic/granite bedrock mountains. The area is known for its big round granite/gneiss stones lying around due to spheroidal weathering. The area had very old volcanic activity, lots of hydrothermal intrusions with Quartz and Metal deposits ranging from Iron, Zink, over Silver, Copper, a tiny bit of Gold and Platin, Titanium, Uranium, Thorium and else. 2024.11.25 09:13 reader4455 Estranged dad died. Advice on how to proceed.
So the police came to my door last night to notify me that my estranged dad died as I am the only next of kin they can find. We hadn’t spoken since I was 3 yo (now in my 30s) so I don’t have any feelings about it. Best estimate is he died 11/22/24 and was found in his apartment 11/24/24. He is in California, I’m in Maryland. medical examiner is doing an autopsy today or tomorrow but it appears he died of natural causes. As I didn’t know him I’m not interested in footing the bill for cremation or anything else. But I’m told I can’t go through his things to see how he lived and what he was doing unless I can have his body taken care of. If the State handles it they seize all his property to pay for burial. I called one place about donating his body to science but I don’t know any of his medical history to they don’t want him and informed me other similar organizations will need medical history as well. Just looking for advice on how to proceed.

Hi all. 38F who has very little fitness but dabbled in lots of things for a bit. I started running a couple of years ago and had to stop for a short term health thing where I ended up in hospital. I then restarted earlier this year but my husband moved out and I stopped because I didn’t manage to find the time (nor motivation) for runs. I’m now wanting to restart and use lunch breaks and take my kids with me and I’m wondering the best approach.
We’re doing a family junior park run at the weekends, which is great and we follow that interval approach of run/walk but with no set times because they’re kids and it’s new to them.
I’m also joining a track instructor led session every week on a Tuesday, hopeful starting tomorrow.
I’m then hoping to get 1-2 solo runs in during my lunch break or a day off. For these solo runs, I’m not sure what’s the best approach to take. I have followed C25K and Runna’s beginner programme before, but not finished either. Do I:
- Restart one of them from Week 1
- Restart one of them from a couple of weeks in
- Do my own intervals of run/walk and set either a time or distance target
- Something else completely
