We are using HP Image Assistant in our work environment with a script to automatically run HPIA and install driver updates.
It works great, but sometimes some clients get following scenario: Script runs. Detects update and installs it. Result: successful. Two days pass and the script runs again. Detects update and installs it. Result: successful.
Now the thing is that both times its the same script. The driver just doesnt actually update and yet HP Image Assistant gives no error.
My solution currently is to manually install the package via device manager, since the regular execution seems to not work.
I could not find anything related to our problem so Im posting here. Does anyone else have this issue? Any known fixes or workarounds?

Hey everyone,
I'm a 21-year-old female, and lately, I've been feeling like I have no real personality or sense of direction. The past few years have felt like I haven’t learned anything meaningful from life, and I’m realizing now that I’ve been stuck in a daydream, imagining myself as this badass version of me, but not actually doing anything to bring that person to life.
So, I’ve decided to stop just wishing and actively work on improving myself and expressing my true self. I’ve broken this process into different stages, and the first stage is all about fixing what I feel needs to be fixed right now. For me, this involves:
Learning to handle and regulate my emotions (whether I'm alone or in public) Identifying my triggers and dealing with them in a healthier way Expressing healthy anger and practicing healthy boundaries In addition to this emotional work, I’ve also started taking better care of my physical health by working out regularly and drinking more water.
I’m currently reading How to Do the Work by Dr. Nicole LePera, and I’m almost done with it. It’s been really eye-opening, but I’m eager to continue this journey. I’d love some book recommendations or other resources that can help me with this process. Also, if anyone has suggestions on other areas I could focus on improving during this stage, I’d really appreciate it.

My sister's husband has absolutely no time with friends and suffers greatly because of it. My sister has repeatedly tried to hint to him that he can relax, but he is fanatical about her care. A little over a year ago she had a very complicated and dangerous surgery. That's when her husband realized he had almost lost her, and since then has been anxious to get home to be by her side. The problem is that he is literally sacrificing himself! My sister has been fine for a while now, but he stands his ground and literally won't let her do anything. She is very worried but is afraid to tell him openly because he might take it painfully. How do I tell him that he doesn't have to sacrifice himself?

So I built a small PC gaming room for me and my wife. Nothing fancy, literally almost no RGB lights, two basic wooden desks and 2 32 inch LG ultra gear monitors. Despite my best efforts to encourage her to game with me, she only does Hulu and Netflix on the gaming rig I built her. So today I wanted to go to Best Buy because I've never seen a 49 inch monitor in person up close. I'm a very thrifty guy, because we live in Massachusetts, and money is always really tight, IYKYK. I've been planning on building a racing sim either with 3 32's or 1 49". You can literally find 32's on eBay for less than 150 a piece so I was planning around tax time to take the plunge with a budget of around $600. So we get to best buy and check out the monitors up close. For seeing a 49 in irl, I was really impressed, it does look a bit short vertically though. So as we were checking out monitors my wife fell in love with the 39" OLED ultragear. She kept going back to it over and over. For the first time in almost the 18 years we've been together I've never ever seen her get excited about any tech thing, let alone a gaming monitor. So she's like well I could finance it. All night, even though it's like a breakthrough, I've been telling her we need to hold off, because money is still tight and the winter months have crazy heating bills. So I'm excited that she actually is set on getting it, but kinda sad she's got her heart set on getting it and I got to be the adult. Anyways welcome to my tech (TED) talk.
