Hi everyone, so I passed my driving test and I am only 16. I was able to get learner insurance for my car no problem at all, but now that I’ve passed my test and have a full licence, I can’t find anyone to insure me. I know I have to have specialist insurance but the previous insurer I was with are now saying it’s my age thats the problem… but it wasn’t a problem when I was a leaner. I'm looking for references for books on Indonesian history. Ideally, I would like one book that essentially covers the area of the modern Indonesian state, from prehistory up until the modern era. Granted this may not be available in one book since this is a country with multiple cultures, languages, and histories spread over tens of thousands of islands and a land area larger thai Sudan.
If such a book does not exist, I would imagine it would be best to break it into subsections: Colonial and post colonial Indonesia, history of Java, history of Sumatra, etc. If you know of references on any appropriate subcategories, that would be greatly appreciated as well!

Well as the title says I was diagnosed with ADHD a disease that was somewhat obvious since I was child
As an adult ADHD really impacts a lot of different aspects of my life and one of them is gaming. For instance I was never into RTS because I couldn't manage too much stuff at the same time and so on and so forth
Recently a friend of mine recommended me Doom Eternal, I've never played Doom and was not really into the boomer shooter genre, but I did some research about Doom (2016) and decided to give it a shot, but since I wanted a more polished experience I went straight to Doom Eternal, since my friend told me plot is not really a thing for Doom
The point is: I CAN'T PLAY DOOM ETERNAL! I felt extremely overwhelmed by all the different mechanics in the game, platforming, aiming, ammo, weakpoints, etc. The game seems great and that's why I feel so sad about giving up on it.
It may be a skill issue, of course, and that's why I'm sharing my experience, I want to know your opinion about all the different mechanics in the game. I feel really frustrated because I usually don't give up easily on games, tbh my favorite game series is Dark Souls on which I spent a lot of time learning, retrying and replaying.
What's your opinion, do you feel like Doom Eternal mechanics can be overwhelming at times? Is there any other game in the genre I should try?

But Strava is also kind of a linchpin for much of the internet-connected fitness world, because it’s API allows just about any app or service to plug into it, so in a lot of ways it’s more the plumbing of the connected-fitness universe and less a place for you to post pictures from your upcoming Turkey Trot.
You know where this is going…
There are countless apps that use Strava’s API, literally tens of thousands according to Strava. Some of these are tiny, some of them are massive. Virtually every company in the space uses Strava’s API, including Garmin, Wahoo, TrainerRoad, VeloViewer, Xert, and plenty more. It’s become the defacto data hub for millions of athletes, some 100m+ according to Strava’s press release.Of course we can blame Elon Musk for popularizing this, but it’s a longer story, one of how people use the internet since the halcyon days of AOL.

Strava benefits because they’ve become the defacto platform of choice for consumers. Companies benefit because they don’t need never-ending connections to platforms. And consumers benefit because everything ‘just works’. That’s the goal, right? Just working?
