 | Hi all. In the process of buying an old house. The building inspector caught a whiff of asbestos in the entry way to the roof void. I assume there is asbestos in the loose filling insulation. I'm planning on getting an asbestos inspector soon to plan for its removal costs. So far I've been quoted 3k over the phone which is within budget. I'm a bit worried about this reducing the insulation and I have to replace it with new loose filling or sarking. Any tips on a good way to research how to update insulation? Or even any tips for me to know what right questions to ask? I've been reading reddit posts and just googling all week but the information I have feels way too scattered to be useful. I've got no clear picture of what it is I think I should know to make the proper decisions. P.S. Ha allemaal.
Ik wist even niet zo goed waar ik dit kon plaatsen dus ik dacht, ik probeer het even hier.
Ik en mijn partner hebben een kat met blaasproblemen. Helaas niets aan te doen. Hier is ook al een uitgebreid traject bij de dierenarts aan vooraf gegaan. Een huisdier is voor het leven en haar "weg doen" is dan ook geen optie.
We vinden nu regelmatig een plasje op een gekke plek. Vaak een kleed. Nu hebben we wel goede manieren om dit schoon te maken. Vaak een sopje van Biotex in combinatie met een tapijtreiniger. Op deze manier blijft alles schoon en heb je geen vieze geur in je huis.
Toch is het erg veel werk. Voor ieder ongelukje moet je een klein sopje maken en de tapijtreiniger (zo'n klein handformaat model) aansluiten met een verlengsnoer. Dan eerst schrobben met de hand, laten intrekken en later droog zuigen met de reiniger.
Weet iemand of dit beter kan? Zijn hier (draadloze) apparaatjes voor? Onze kat gaat zeker nog wel wat jaartjes mee dus we zouden it proces graag makkelijker maken.

Alright, it's Monday again, do you know what time it is?
Time to buy supplies from the little old lady on the tiny shop of oddities in my town!
Today was sale-day, so I ended up getting two things: red candles (a pack of 12!) and something else the owner recommended for me, 'cinnamon orange oil'..
Does anyone know what I could do with the oil? I'm thinking of mixing it with the candles, then maybe doing a love spell? A binding maybe? I'm just worried about doing something that could impact my current sweetening jar and apple..
I'm also up for glamour spells, something for looks, confidence, whatever— I just don't want four pounds going to waste!

Hallo dear Redditors,
i need to calculate the average of some test results. The list gets updated/added to daily.
There are different sets of tests (1-5) --> column A:A. column B:B = test results.
How do i get the average of the last 30 Values for dataset 1?
AverageIf(A:A =1,...etc. is easy. But i cant figure out how to only filter the last 30 (most recent) values.
I always seem to get an array of a single value.....that is also wrong. Google doesn't help either.
