That being said, I enjoy and respect kids. I get so upset when people are mean or beat their kids! I listen to toddlers and give them my fullest attention so they can have good self esteem.
I just don’t want to experience pregnancy or raise them. I’ll probably have to marry oyinbo or a man with known fertility issues. The end.

So I'm AMAB and have identified as trans femme for almost a year now. Part of this journey of self discovery has led me to reexplore my body with a new mindset and perspective, and I'm starting to question some things. I haven't started taking E yet but I'm noticing a significant amount of seemingly female qualities about my body. Specifically around my genitals, hips, and breasts.
I went through a T driven puberty at an appropriate age which is when I first started questioning my gender identity, which eventually helped me identify as trans femme. But now I'm thinking that I am going through a second puberty, this time E driven, and that i was born intersex.
I'm starting HRT soon through Planned Parenthood, and asked if they were able to do scans or something to figure it out but they said they don't offer those services. So does anybody know how/where to get those services? Anybody live through a similar situation and have some advice?

Hi everyone! I recently got back into running after several years away from it. In high school, I was pretty active and managed to run a sub-50 10K, which I think was decent at the time. Fast forward to now—I'm 21, 5'4", and weigh 74 kg (definitely gained a bit since then, haha).
I started running again this July, beginning with 1-minute walk/1-minute jog intervals. Over time, I've built up to running 5 times a week, and yesterday I raced my first 5K, finishing in 29 minutes!
Here's my current weekly routine:
- Monday: Easy run
- Tuesday: Interval session
- Wednesday: Strength training
- Thursday: Easy run
- Friday: Tempo run
- Saturday: Long run or long run on Sunday
- Sunday: Strength training

2024.11.25 11:50 KB976 Welcoming community & much improved game world
Just started playing Fallout 76. Decided to start as Level 1 so that I could learn all the perk cards etc
Met two players, one of which was around level 170 and the other around level 250 (sorry I can't remember your names) and both were super welcoming, dropping some care packages for me, including lots of plans, food, some ammo and even a legendary weapon.
One of them saved me when I got swarmed by ghouls and then ran after me a few minutes later to make sure I had some food.
This in comparison to games like GTA online where you often get shot on sight has made me glad so far that I picked this MMO to play.
The last time I played 76 was just after launch when there were still no NPC's so I was pleasantly surprised to wander into a building that previously only had mobs to find out it was full of NPC's and even one with a daily radiant quest.
About two hours in so far and wishing I had more caps to pick up the skull head I saw in one of the player's vendors, but very much looking forward to exploring and playing further after completely exhausting everything to do in FO4

How does everyone deal with the dementia loved ones being resentful. My Dad (83) is so resentful of any steps to try and help him.
He scowls at me when I give him meds, offer to change him or sort power of attorney. To make matters worse, he is incredibly neglectful of himself.
Its putting a strain on me (31) and all I want to do is restart my own life, but without me I know Dad will end up in a home.
Does anyone have any tips?
