I was recently advertised a local company that says they'll store holiday decorations and re-deliver them.
Does anyone have any experience with something like this? Is it trustworthy?
I really would love a bigger Christmas tree, but we don't have much storage space here and my husband isn't really into the idea of getting real ones each year

I’m working on a project that’s a bit experimental but super exciting—I’m trying to grow fabric from mushrooms. My big goal is to create a flat cap, quite literally a mushroom cap, to wear.
Right now, I’ve started experimenting with King Trumpet on a hardwood and coir substrate, and a palm polypore on paper scraps. I’ve noticed a bit of mycelium forming on the paper, but I haven’t checked the other batches yet—I plan to later today.
Since I’m still in the early stages, I’d love any advice you can share. Are there specific species or substrates that work well for this kind of project? Do you have any tips for treating or pressing the mycelium into fabric once it’s grown? I'll be looking at reishi in a high CO2 environment to boost mycelium growth while withholding fruiting.
This whole process is new to me, so I’m open to any suggestions or ideas that could help refine my techniques or steer me toward better results.
If you’ve worked on anything similar, I’d love to hear how you approached it. Even if you haven’t, feel free to share any ideas you think might help!

Please help!! We have a 9 month old golden retriever we are experiencing severe crate issues with. We have tried for the past 7 months to make the crate a positive experience, but he has never wanted to go in. He is fine once he gets in and settles, but would never go in by himself. We usually have to force him in. Lately, he has not been responding to any command, cheese, treats, hot dogs, etc.. and will blatantly ignore us when going to bed. We try to pick him up to help walk him in and he growls, shows his teeth, etc… We do not want this to escalate and further. Should we be trying anything else, or is it time to allow him outside the crate unattended? How do I know when it’s time?
