Old discussion, but yeah, Zommari claimed to have the fastest Sonido among all the Espadas, which wasn't bad given the trick of the 5 clones against Byakuya (one of the fastest captains), forced to use a Stealth Force trick. Leaving aside that going into the released state he discarded all his mobility, which was quite stupid for the "fastest Espada", making him a static target, in terms of feats then was he really the quickest one?
I mean, the top4 overall showed some impressive feats in terms of speed as well. Ulquiorra blitzed Ichigo twice, when he first released he almost got his neck, with the second form he literally disappeared and grabbed his head for a ride, and Kurosaki in bankai state was quite fast, as seen in the battle against Byakuya before. Perhaps because Toshiro got distracted for a moment, Harribel got very close to him twice a couple of times too, the second time after the release (although he quickly used the ice clone in response). Barragan hadn't much speed feats, but that scene when he passed Soifon without her noticing, making her bones age with a touch, that was something. Starrk as well showed some impressive movements, starting from the scene when he randomly appeared and disappeared to kidnap Orihime after the Nnoitra's fight, Ichigo and Zaraki couldn't do a thing, then all the battle against Shunsui, especially when he tried some sneaky attacks, with the Primera dodged at last second, was good.
I'm not saying that Zommari was bad or that he wasn't quick, but in your opinion, was he really the fastest among the Espadas, or does someone else deserve the title?

Hi everyone,
I work at a design consultancy and we're looking to work with a client who requires ITAR compliance. I've done some surface level research, but I'm struggling to find more specific info about a couple of things that keep coming up as part of ITAR adherence.

Compliance programs - I understand what they are, but I'm struggling to find examples online about what they should include. Are they simply a written set of rules or is it some lengthy and complex document?
Physical security - It is reasonable to assume that we will be creating some physical mechanical prototypes for this project. Does "physical security" mean that any physical items relating to the project need to be locked up separately with only members of the project having authorized access? Or does simply having a secure building count?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

2024.11.25 14:40 Iamatroll777 Back in the day - How were we able to handle bigger families with kids in Mass?

Fathers I have noted many questions about how to handle kids in Mass in the current age and era, some Parishes have "cry rooms". Many mothers are consterned by this issue not knowing how to attend with their kids or while breastfeeding.
I am intrigued how was the Church able to handle bigger families back in the day when the usual was families of 5+
For instance my grandpa (RIP) was one of ten siblings. I don't have a way to ask them about this now but I know it was a very common thing.
Do we have any records on how things were "back in the day"?
It seems 2024 is particularly hard for families in all fronts and we could learn from some ancient knowledge.

Texas/CA Divorce
My ex and I (married 13 years) have an open divorce case filed in California where we both lived at the time and I currently still reside. He moved to Wisconsin with Military orders to Great Lake and has lived there the last two years. We have two children to which I’ve had full physical custody of since he left. I let my children visit their paternal grandparents in Texas (stupidly believed their words of love and support) my ex has filed for divorce in their town in order to keep my children there with a stay order. Spite about paying child support. He doesn’t want the girls with him in Wisconsin and has seen them all of one time in almost 3 years. We lived separately before he left for Wisconsin and before we filed for about a year. He hasn't lived in Texas for 17 years but is saying he can do that since he is in the military.I can’t travel due to medical issues which all of the above parties were aware of and had agreed to fly my children there and back. I don’t have any income because of recent multiple surgeries and since he has completely cut me off financially to make sure I cannot fight this and the small amount I do make doing my side hustle isn't enough for legal counsel
I would appreciate any and all advise in this
