I want to say that’s why I left and make sure that the survey doesn’t think I have a problem with my DS because my DS was great and just an ASM was not. I'm just coming back to lifting heavy after years of just cardio. I lifted a lot in my 20s (now 38) so I'm familiar with different movements, workout splits, etc.
I really want to build up to pullups being part of my workouts, but am currently too weak for it. What should I target to build strength for them?
I don't have access to lat pulldowns. I have Bowflex adjustable DBs, a flat and adjustable bench with flat bar. Also have a jflex curl bar that attaches to the DBs. Currenlty my back and shoulder routine is back flys, bent over rows, DB rows (although the 52.5lbs is a little light), military press, side and front raises.

I miss when all the characters were together and experiencing a journey together like Iris 1-3 and Mana Khemia, I don't like having to do a second playthough just to see a few more character interactions I missed the first time, 3 party members is too limiting, I also wish I wasn't 50 hours in Meruru in a second playthough just to experience endgame dungeons and I am not even sure i will manage to get strong enough to deal with them in time. I am not asking for crazy journeys were you basically fight God in the end I just want a decently sized party together for the entire duration of the game and time to experience all the content the game has to offer without multiple playthoughs.
I am moving on to Ayesha right after this second Meruru playthough and I hope things change a bit

We started a new campaign, and I am playing chaotic neutral, Drow. My character is very serious and doesn't take shit from anyone, cause, you know, Drow shit. Another player is a prankster and mischievous and has started to allude to wanting to play tricks on the party members themselves. I personally find this very annoying and obnoxious for a character, but I wanna let people play their character how they want and only want to bring it up if it becomes an issue. My first instinct is my character would just start a fight immediately with someone who would cross that line, but I wanna be a little craftier about it.
What are some clever ways to counter this type of behavior in character? How have you handled it in the past?

I think I'm losing my mind.
I developed maintenance insomnia a month ago. When it first developed I could easily put myself back to sleep. Like my mind was waking up but my body wasn't. Now I fully wake up, and I'm a wreck.
I've had a tension headache for 20 days straight, blurry vision, depression, weepy, anxious, etc. On the off night I have more deep sleep I am happy as a clam. So I KNOW something is wrong.
Did anyone else have issues waking up after 4-5 hours? And did it ever resolve for you? I'm losing my mind and it's getting so dark in my thoughts.

2024.11.25 14:40 Spiritual-Page-2273 I had a dream about a zombie scenario. And it was really freaky, to me at least. So I thought I'd share it, why I thought it was freaky and ya'll could tell me what you think.
So basically it all takes place at a collage campus. that's out in the sticks in the middle of nowhere. Near some mountains so the reception's bad. Don't ask me why it has a wall/fence around it. Perhaps to prevent stray animals like bears and deers from getting into the campus. But it's still pretty self contained, several different buildings a clinic, dormitory for the students to live in, a cafeteria. all that good stuff.
Now I focusing so much on the location because it adds to why its so freaky. You have a mass group of people, 500-1k, living in a contained environment that's isolated from the rest of the world. Sure, it normally would be beautiful to be able to live so close to nature. But when an violent infection like a zombie virus breaks out in such a place it would quickly turn into a nightmare. Everything is relatively close in proximity and easy to access. Combine that with the fact that students can't bring anything that could be used as a weapon with them into the campus and it would spread like wild fire.
Trying to survive in that type of chaotic environment would be a nightmare. Sprinting infected would practically control outside. And if a building got overwhelmed, it would just make the situation worse. There wouldn't be too many places to hide and not many ways to find them off. The panic and chaos would only exacerbate the situation.
The dream ended with a few people trying to break out with even fewer actually making it out and it was so freaky. Hordes swarming around in a contained campus, all sprinting towards them. Infected jumping out of second and third story windows just to get at them faster. Knowing the entire campus has fallen, everyone else was dead and there's no place left in it that's safe.
Having lived in such a campus myself before, minus the zombies. I think it would be more fun and believable if it took place during the weekend when most of the staff and higher ups of the campus are not currently at the campus. No way to call for help.
I think that's pretty much the dream. What do you think? Is it lame? freaky? Has this been done before in a book or movie? Because I can imagine this would be a really horrifying experience. And good reading material too imo. Could anyone let me know if you know of a book with a similar energy? I feel like this would be a thriller horror or something.

I keep buying xp from the newspaper, I DONT KNOW WHY OK? But I’m in the 70s levels and we all know that we never financially recover from those few levels, but I’m level 76 near 77 and I levelled up 3 levels in a really short time span and there’s too many production buildings to buy, and I don’t have any money, why is there TWO PRODUCTION BUILDINGS PER LEVEL AND THEN I HAVE TO SAVE UP FOR THE TWO MORE NEXT LEVEL?! I have Tom boosters that I’m just using for blankets to sell but this is borderline impossible.

Kinda spoilery thing for a movie currently in theaters-
My wife and I went to see Wicked this weekend and there was a scene where the original broadway performers had a song with the new actresses filling their roles. Not a big plot point but thought it was worth hiding cause it was a fun surprise.
