Good day. Few moments ago my RX590 died instantly. Have an editing project to do till the end of the week and it seems not possible with ryzen apu I'm now on(
My location has the same price range for Arc a770 and few RTX3060 twin fan gpus.
I' m considering a770 because of h264 timeline hardware decoding. I've chosed ryzen instead of intel specifically of intels 11-12th generation bug. So it would be cool if the hardware decoding could be acheived with this intel gpu.
So, it this gpu h264 hardware decoding really works in DR studio?
Also considered to replace with RX580 12gb vram, but it is only 25% less priced than A770.

Upcoming 6-Cost Champions: Mel, Warwick, Viktor Here’s a detailed breakdown of the new 6-cost units coming to TFT:
- Warwick: A melee fighter with high attack speed, damage, omnivamp, and an execute mechanic. Requires kills to activate comes with Experiment trait, making him a snowballing powerhouse with careful positioning.
- Mel: A versatile mage with AoE damage, shielding for allies, and mobility similar to Firelight. Her unique trait allows her to protect the Tactician from fatal damage, but she needs to cast 12 times to activate this ability. Once she saves the Tactician, she gains a 50% damage bonus for the rest of the game but cannot save the Tactician again.
- Viktor: A mage who skips auto-attacks and directly casts Death Ray as his default attack, stunning the entire board on cast.
Key Notes
- Mortdog confirmed that these units can be 2-starred and even 3-starred, though reaching 3-star is said to be extremely difficult. At 3-star, they will have special effects.
- The odds of obtaining a 6-cost are 1.04% at stage 4-6, regardless of your level. However, at level 10, these odds increase.
- In internal tests, Mortdog revealed that in 30 games, they only saw 1 or 2 instances of 2-star 6-cost champions.
- Prismatic Augments will increase the chances of 6-cost champions appearing in your shop.
- Another type of Prismatic Augment will involve completing challenging quests to earn a 6-cost champion as a reward.

2024.11.25 14:33 Auntie-Cares-3400 How do you get your spouse to follow through in a reasonable time frame, with reasonable results, without nagging?
A while ago, tictok therapists were saying the way to stop nagging your spouse was to say it once and trust they would do it. It might be 6 months later, but they will do it.
Well, that's wrong. It's been 14 months on what he said was his task to do [I was going to hire someone and he said no] and he isn't even thinking of getting around to it. I am waiting for an opening in the schedule of a pro, because that's the only way I think it will get done as I can't physically do it.
They also said not to tell your spouse how to do something. Just wait until they ask how you do it when the result isn't clean enough. Well, I have a kitchen that is covered in tomato juice and bits [counter tops, ceiling light, cabinets, fridge, and floor...it's like the tomatoes exploded]. The inside of the fridge is sloshing in the mixture from broken bags and the veg and fruit drawers caught almost 2 inches of the mixture [fruit and veg covered in it]. Three paper towels left on the floor near some smeared remnants of the mixture. All from him trying to prep tomatoes for canning. This is a new level of mess compared to prior years. I told him to leave it all for me [because I'm tired of picking out skins and seeds from our canned food because 'your way is taking too long, this is fine!'], but he couldn't wait for me. I'm contagious, the tomatoes were frozen when I was healthy and had no time. There was no need to get it done this weekend. He broke the attachment which removes skins by forcing frozen tomatoes through, knowing that they have to be completely thawed first. Etc. Then he went to bed, apparently after tossing 3 wet paper towels on the floor and swishing them around.
He isn't about to ask me how to get the kitchen clean enough. I'll be surprised if he even picks up those paper towels let alone actually tries to clean up the rest.
While I didn't marry him for his ability to clean, I feel that these situations he makes are ridiculous. The only time he puts any effort into cleaning that has actual clean results is when we have company coming to stay or when it's his cast iron pans.
I get that spouses don't want a nagging tirade all the time. There is a line though. It doesn't have to be 5-star restaurant clean, but it has to be better then sorta rinsed and put aside wet and still covered in food dirty.
So, what is the secret to getting your physically capable spouse to clean/complete tasks good enough in an acceptable time frame? Because say it once and then shut up didn't work. Nor has wait for them to ask you how.
Excuse me if I don't respond right away, I got to get the inside of the fridge, at least, corrected.

2024.11.25 14:33 UserWithoutDoritos microstutters and poor fluidity in Windows 10, when upgrading to Windows 11 the problems disappeared.
When playing and moving around, the game had slight stutters, a lack of fluidity even if it was in a stable 60 FPS, but when recording with Game Bar, the game recorded well on Windows 10.
I upgraded to Windows 11 and the fluidity was very stable, there were no more micro stutters, but when recording a video with Game Bar, the game appeared very stuck and slow
In BIOS, I turned off the hybrid graphics option only to use the dedicated ones and when connecting a screen via HDMI, the game looked just as stuck and slow on the TV screen but not on the laptop when the mirrored screen option is enabled Selecting the secondary display only option returns the fluid image. It makes sense why the operation is erratic
Windows 11 helped me and it seems to be the only thing it has helped me with 😅

Attorney had me upload data and then asked me to go through the docs and redact...
I let them know that was not going to happen. Redactions are not something I want hanging over my head. I suggested a paralegal or a lower associate. These were scanned docs and there was no way to have the system do it automatically.
So the attorney does the redactions - I dont know why. It turns out they missed some items to redact and we have since produced the docs. Now we have to make the docs available to the client. I had to create a new bates stamped unredacted set so the client doesnt see what was produced unredacted.
Hey, I just do what I am told and wont do things that are out of my wheelhouse or that will come back to me as a time bomb.

Woke up this morning and noticed this red dot on my dogs eye, for context she's an 11 year old collie and recently had an aural hematoma on the ear on the same side of her head recently (less than 3 months ago) but we have absolutely no idea what this is and vet appointments are super expensive but if it really comes to it she can get an appointment/treatment no problem.
But I'd really like to know if this is something that dogs just get sometimes and will be resolved naturally. She has no other symptoms that goes with anything else really, she has watery eyes but she's had that since she was about 9 or 10 and it's a common older dog thing so I'm not sure that's an actual factor.
