I have a fastag but I haven’t stuck it in the windshield. Recently even when I keep it inside dashboard, fastag is getting debited and I am getting alert for low balance. How can I avoid getting it debited when I don’t want fastag reader to recognise it.
Challenges are while travelling interstate the exemption is applicable at some toll plaza and not at others. So I have it always inside the car and have some balance buffer.
Appreciate your suggestions.

So, I've read the wiki on the hiring process and excepted and competitive service.
I'm still a bit confused on how that affects your RIF category.
I received a TJO and was informed I made the list for current federal employees in the competitive service (12 years, currently boxes 24 and 34 are both 1 on my sf-50), and I also made the list for 30% disabled veterans. I've been offered the job under the disabled veterans list and have been told it requires a temporary 60 day appointment in the excepted service before being converted to competitive, and will have to serve a new probationary period.
Does anybody have any guidance on how this new appointment would affect my RIF category?
I'm not a young buck anymore, I've got a family to feed and a fairly secure job right now. I don't particularly enjoy the job, but it is unlikely for me to be fired. The new job has the potential for higher promotion (gs14 instead of my current 13), but would require 5 days on site vs. my current situation with maximum telework based on reasonable accommodation.

To begin, I did read the stickied post, I just want some clarification. I can provide more details is needed.
For my IUI procedure, my husbands prewash motility was “2” and postwash was listed as “2/4”. **I know enough to know that 2 isn’t great progression, but what does it mean when it changed to 2/4?
Post wash motility: 47.7% Total motile 26.66 million concentration 112mil
Of note, his initial semen analysis months ago listed motility a-rapid progression as 7%, b-slow sluggish 40%, c-non progression 10% d- immotile 43% but the overall motilitity (pr + np) : 57%
I was told initially his SA looked great and nothing to worry about, but when I took a closer look I just feel like the motility numbers look awful?? Both on the initial SA months ago, and the “2” on the prewash for the IUI? Am I reading this incorrectly or is my RE just ignoring the details?
