I (M, 25) dated my ex (F, 25) for two years, with ups and downs. Throughout the relationship, I made sacrifices, planned big gestures, and tried to win her back after multiple breakups. In 2024, I planned a proposal but canceled it after she ignored me during an argument. She later found out and we briefly reconciled, but soon after, she ghosted me again when I asked for support while I was sick.
I went for closure months later, but she shot the door on me. Two months later, I saw her posting things related to me and using my accounts, so I reached out, but she acted indifferent and told me those things meant nothing. Now, I’m heartbroken, confused, and struggling to move on, even though I don’t stalk her. I feel like I gave everything to the relationship, but she treats me like Im the worst human ever.
TL;DR: Dated my ex for two years, kept sacrificing and planning big gestures to win her back. After a failed proposal and multiple breakups, she ghosted me, and I’m left heartbroken and with no closure. How do I move on?

To begin, I did read the stickied post, I just want some clarification. I can provide more details is needed.
For my IUI procedure, my husbands prewash motility was “2” and postwash was listed as “2/4”. **I know enough to know that 2 isn’t great progression, but what does it mean when it changed to 2/4?
Post wash motility: 47.7% Total motile 26.66 million concentration 112mil
Of note, his initial semen analysis months ago listed motility a-rapid progression as 7%, b-slow sluggish 40%, c-non progression 10% d- immotile 43% but the overall motilitity (pr + np) : 57%
I was told initially his SA looked great and nothing to worry about, but when I took a closer look I just feel like the motility numbers look awful?? Both on the initial SA months ago, and the “2” on the prewash for the IUI? Am I reading this incorrectly or is my RE just ignoring the details?

My cats have no issue with the rug the vast majority of the time, but one of them will pee on the rug every few months or so. I don't think it's a medical issue since it only happens occasionally and not all at once, but I'd like to figure out a way to stop this since it's damaging the rug. I see a lot of posts here along the lines of "I got 796 eggs frozen, woop!" and "I only got 7, I'm so distraught!" All very valid (and difficult to read for many who are struggling with this). Here's my experience to hopefully add another perspective.
I'm 36, baseline scans all good, 15 follicles, AMH 16.5. On Friday they told me only 6 of my 15 follicles were responding and growing, so 6 was my maximum possible number, and they suggested that I might want to consider cancelling.
I was upset because it sounded like I might get nothing or almost nothing, but I continued and today they retrieved 5 eggs and froze all 5. It's been a rollercoaster, but I'm feeling grateful. Five is not zero! Yes, I paid entirely out of pocket because I work in the charity sector. But modern medicine is amazing and I feel proud of myself for going through with this, and proud of all of you ladies out there taking the steps to be in the best position you can be to have the life you want. I think you're all really cool.
Semi-serious question: does anyone want to set up a charity to support women financially with egg freezing, targeting male donors who feel guilty about stringing along ex girlfriends well into their thirties, or trading in their 30-something ex-girlfriends for a younger model? Lol.

Hello,
I am currently at 4th of ESO and I am doing “Letras”. I am a stranger with less than 2 years in Spain. At the end of the last year I came to Spanish school and managed to pass the class. However this year all of my friends just saying that I have to approve all of my subjects this year and if I dont I will repeat. Honestly I know all of the strangers in 4th of ESO and everyone saying the same: “The Spanish teacher is not taking care of people who doesnt speak good Spanish”. I talked with my Spanish teacher and she said I have to make the exams like others however for example in Valencian class we have separate exams and classes with another teacher to help us. The question is;
Do I have to pass ALL of the subjects even though I am a stranger in Spain and learning Spanish? For example I can’t pass the year if I fail Spanish or Spanish with an unimportant subject (for generally everyone) like Educacion de Valores?
If so isn’t this a bit stupid because that means someone coming from another country at the age of 15 has to speak fluent Spanish somehow and pass the year or he has to learn it in 2 years, if not he will be kicked out of the school when he is 18 years old.
