I get a boot allowance for work and want to double dip for my outdoor boots at home. I live in central Wisconsin so something that will keep my toes warm while snow blowing would be great but also comfy enough for being on my feet all day at work.

Hello everyone. I just applied for a PTCL Flash Fiber connection and the customer representative said that the connection will be installed within 3-4 working days. For context, currently i have the copper connection and i applied for the conversion instead of getting a new connection. Anyhow, the representative told me that within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation call and after that, your current connection will be disconnected from the backend. What i found weird is that they will disconnect my current connection and I'll be without WiFi until the new fiber connection. If anyone reading this has fiber connection, can you confirm about whether they disconnected your copper connection days before the new fiber one?

I hope its okay to ask this, I am sure similar questions are asked a lot. I am browsing for gifts for my BF with the time of year that it is. His birthday and our anniversary are also very close together, so I am mindful of that too. He LOVES Lego and makes no secret of it. I bought him this last year and he loved it. I note on the Lego online store that their Black Friday sale starts on Friday, so I have bookmarked a few sets to keep an eye out for to see if the price comes down. I am based in Ireland, so I am not sure if my options are limited in search of Lego alternatives. I would like to hopefully get him one Lego set and maybe another alternative set either as an extra gift or for his birthday - something less expensive for him to get a chance to have some down time building something, I know how much he enjoys it and finds it relaxing. Since I started browsing more, I found maybe it's something I might also enjoy myself. In terms of interests and sets, he loves Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel etc. Where do I begin for finding some alt versions? Are there any sites I should avoid? Any guidance or advice would be so welcome.
