This isn’t the first time it happens, I had absolutely memorized every word from the material verbatim. I understand everything deeply, I feel ready.
Then the exam comes, a countdown here, stress up there, the draft sheet in-front of me is an absolute mess of incomplete ideas/concepts/calculations. Next thing, and before you know it, I get a question asking me to contrast 2 different concepts, and every single sentence I’ve memorized gets mixed up.
I can’t tell what is what, which is which, where is where and I try to compensate by organizing them logically, but yeah 80% of the time this fails.
Why does this happen, how can I solve it, it’s pretty much the only problem right now. No problems with memory, no problems with motivation, no problems with understanding deeply. Only the damn classifications, the ordering, the organizing, it all gets mixed up. I need a solution, please, it’s consuming me.

Hi guys, just want to tell you that, i am disappearing from everywhere ( sim, social media, reddit, family members, friends ) for 4 months. I have been preparing for an exam since few months but it has not risen up as per expectations due to various hurdles. I feel disappearing and devoting myself in a closed room might work. Hi, 26M, currently in a bad spot in life and always having struggled due to unmediacted adhd, even after being diagnosed 3 years ago.
I have many things that I just cannot go through because either they are boring or I have some very bad memories doing them such as sports or studying. But the thing is I have to do sports and I have to study and practice my chosen career path (programming) which is made even harder to find a job since I only have a high school diploma, a 7 month bootcamp and 3 months of internship under my belt instead of a bachelor's.
How do I force myself to further study when it can get so mind numbingly boring and how can I force myself to go for a run or any physical activity at all without either being bored and head home or just out right wanting to cry because of some past experiences? I am slowly losing hope on myself to change.

As the title states I strongly believe the matchmaking in this game at least on pubs is not skill based when searching for games. SBMM commonly understood as searching for games w a player pool of similar skill level, I’ve yet to experience this at rate I should.
70% of my lobbies my teammates are at a lower level then I am in terms of skill HOWEVER the opposing team seem to be similar skill level as I am if not better. They slide around constantly, good movement and good aim etc but 4/6 players on my team are significantly worse, I don’t understand how that’s skill based matchmaking? I want to play w players of similar skill as myself but most of the time I don’t?
If it’s not SBMM then does anyone have an idea as to what is in place instead? Any opinions welcome, ALOT of my games my teammates end up leaving very quickly or halfway through because there getting ran through, I don’t see how it can be that common if this games matchmaking was actually skill based? Thoughts?
