I recently moved into a new house where the bathtub glass enclosure on one side of the wall is only glued with silicone and nothing else (no grooves or channels). The silicone on the bottom is bad and the panel can be moved by hand - very dangerous. I have two toddlers at home and I would like to make the panels safer. Any ideas on how to add extra safety to the existing panel with brackets or clamps?

Differentiate between cargo and fluid wagons for train interrupts? I'm setting up dynamic trains with interrupts. With trains listening to my circuit network to see what is needed. If an item is requested on the network the train gets the requested item drops it and returns to a depot. For this solution I need to differentiate between items that are loaded in Cargo wagons and items that are loaded in fluid wagons.
At the moment I've done it like this:

  • Fluid and cargo trains have separate depots.
  • The cargo depots filters non fluids by reading a stack size of the requested items, as all fluids do not return a stack size.
  • The fluid depot filters with a Arithmetic combinator fed by a constant combinator that has all fluids configured.
This solution works but its not perfect, as I'm required to create separate depots for different train types. Is there a way around this? For example a way to detect what type of train is currently waiting at the train station.

I will be shifting to a new home in some months. Id have spends on appliances, home decor artifacts, from pillows to fancy crocery.
I feel big spends will be on appliances such as TV, washing machine, kitchen appliances such as chimney, stove, air fryer, microwave etc. Not sure if anything can exceed this in terms of credit card accepted payment mode.
I prefer discounts upfront generally, and have a ICICI Sapphiro with a 3L limit. My cibil is around 780. My salary is a bit above 1L+ after tax per month.

Been using the Leica M9 with my 35mm f2 7th Elements while also experimenting with a Canon LTM 50mm 1.4 for the past 6 months.
I absolutely love the rangefinder experience but I despite matching on the rangefinder I don’t think my photos are perfectly in focus. It’s basically a hit or miss experience for me. I’m aware it potentially could be my M9 require calibration, so today I went to a local store to test out a M11 + Summilux 50 1.4 from the shop. While the live view shows that the subject is in focus, the rangefinder shows the subject is not matched.
I also previously owned a Light Lens Lab 35mm and it suffers from back focusing. While I also bought a modern summicron 50mm, there is slight front focusing while checking with the m11 live view.
My question for everyone is how you make sure your equipment is “in focus” or working as intended. Or do everyone calibrates once in a while including their camera and lens to make sure everything works?
Then what about buying vintage Leica lenses, do they require sending for calibration too?
The experience is enjoyable but confusing for me. Thank You

2024.11.25 18:30 Certain_Minimum2552 Stunned growth and GDA

Stunned growth and GDA My setup is quite new, 56 days since planted in vitro. That after about 4 weeks dark start.
Started off quite gentle in light, about 40-50% over the first weeks. Are at 65-70% now (chihiros WRGB universal 1000), about 2 inch above water.
But, there are some spots in the carpet that are a darker green and doesn't seem to grow that much. Have trimmed those parts a bit but doesn't seem to take of. More like new growth slowly coming through.
Have gone easy on ferts, only micro in first 5 weeks. But have measure almost zero on Phosphate and nitrate lately so have begun to add Tropica specialised on a lean schedule.
Also noted GDA on the glass, almost daily.
Is there some coincidence to this, stunned growth and GDA? Is it nutrient deficiency?
Overall I'm quite happy with the outcome. More seen on last pic. High tech, in line diffusor, 180L, Ph 6,7 Kh 5 Gh 6

My tv kept turning off when activating a game. That sent my PS5 Pro into standby mode.
Turning my PS5 back on would make it immediately reopen the game that I wanted. This made the TV turn off again...which sent the PS5 back into standby mode.
This kept repeating because I was not smart. I nearly contacted support about my broken PS5.
Turns out the console has a setting to send the PS5 Pro into standby mode if your TV turns off. In my case where my tv wanted to turn off and then back on (no clue why) when a game is started...I need that setting turned off.
If anyone else experiences this...turn that setting off.

Rabbit chinning my rabbit during bonding So l had a speed date for my bun and another bun yesterday (both fixed, m/f), and the other bun seemed very interested in my bun, and was chinning her and occasionally licking her. At first I thought that was a good sign, but now I'm worried that was to assert dominance/aggressive? He wasn't aggressive to her in any other way, except lunging at her one time when I reintroduced them in her space a few hours later, which I definitely did too soon, I just thought they seemed to be getting along so well that I may be lucky and have "love at first sight" bunnies. I'll insert a couple pics of their speed date! If anyone could Imk whether this seems like good behaviour, that would be great.
