I vaguely remember a very catchy, pop-y J-rock song which came out circa 2002-2006ish. I remember the PV was green-tinted and the member(s) may have been standing on a beach near the shore. The song was upbeat and if I remember correctly, there was some piano playing along with the guitar. I could have sworn that it was an early GazettE song, but after browsing their early stuff briefly, I couldn't find what I remembered. Does anyone have an idea what this song could be?

In September 2022 my lawyer got me a plea bargain for a Class B misd Reckless Driving with One Aggravating Factor. Basic sentence was a year’s license suspension (I have it restored now), $500 fine plus costs, and 30 consec days in the county’s mens penal facility (MPF), suspended if I accepted 2 years probation, which I did. The probation terms were no further violations (haven’t been any), a driver safety course (done in the first month), and 200 hrs (20 Saturdays) over two years on the Road Dept’s Misdemeanor Offender Labor Detail (“MOLD”). (My lawyer and I chose the labor detail over 400 hrs standard community service with any nonprofit in town.) Also the routine testing conditions, but there was only one, as I don't use, and the P.O. knew that.
After the first year, with the fines paid, course taken and license restored, the PO okayed me for no-fee, unsupervised probation, no more meetings with him. Just stay out of trouble and get the MOLD labor all served. But I sluffed it off, and that did me in. Last Friday, sheriff showed up and arrested me, his warrant saying I violated probation for not completing the labor. Their records only showed I had worked off 130 hrs (13 Saturdays), and that was right.
He cuffed me and took me to jail, where I met the new P.O. (the other guy had retired and the new one’s an old-school, hard-ass piece of work). Gave me a choice: Sign an admission I had violated probation and be shipped out for a month in the penal facility right then, or be held downtown without bail for the weekend and see a judge Monday. I was told if I did that, the weekend in lockup would count toward any time I eventually had to do in MPF. So I did that. Called my lawyer, who was a little pissed at me for letting the labor slide, and said “to be honest, they’ve got you by the balls.”
Best he could do was plead me to the probation violation and arrange a deal to wear a long-range ankle monitor to keep me in town for the rest of the year and then report to MPF at 5 a.m. (!) on Monday, January 6, so I could arrange my shit and not spend the holidays in jail.
So here I sit with my funky little bracelet on the ankle ($600 fee!), and 25 days to serve starting Jan. 6. (30 days less one credit for the night I was arrested on the Reckless Driving, and four days credit for time in the downtown lockup after the sheriff arrested my ass Friday.) Boss will give me time off, but it still sucks.
And really pisses me off I have to do the full 30-day sentence: P.O. just said flat-out “nope! Full punishment applies” when I asked why I didn’t get any reduction for the 130 hrs on the labor detail I did back a couple years ago. No warnings, no nothing, just showed up at my door Friday.
Moral of the story: Even unsupervised probation counts, guys! Do your damn work details!

So I applied 2 GUC for my wife and I’s outbound flight and then applied 2 more for our return flights. I'm trying to understand how the College of Whispers works. I know it's looked down upon by "proper" bards but what I can't seem to figure out is if it's:
1,) An actual "location" that people can readily find, with like an official building and members and such (like the other bardic colleges) 2.) or if it's more of an underground collective/group of bards (more like an assassin's guild) 3.) or if it's instead just bards that were kicked out or dropped out of standard bardic colleges but has no organization and is more a "self taught" discipline
I know that bards from the College of Whispers would not self identify as being from this college, since this is a secret they keep close to their chest and generally lie and say they are from another college to further add to the lie/deception, but I'm trying to figure out if a bard who seeks out the college of whispers would:
A.) Go somewhere to train in this discipline B.) Be sought out by other college of whispers bards and invited to join (again, like an assassin's guild of sorts) C.) Just wing it and figure it out themselves
Thanks for any insight you can offer. Apologies if this information is readily available on the internet. I cannot seem to find a clear answer.
