He was found on the streets at about 3 months old with bite wounds from another dog. Brought to humane society and nobody asked to see him for weeks. He's very quiet and shy and also very sweet and coming out of his shell at home.

hi im 21M, theres probably alot of posts like this but im kinda panicking and some insight would be nice.
Had a chesty cough for like 4 weeks now, was in the shower after trimming down there, all of a sudden i get sharp and dull pain in groin around the left side, pain happened when walking on my left foot.
2 days later, no pain anymore but just feeling of pressure in the groin, stomach bloated, occasional rumbling sensation in the groin. I see no bulge.
Does this sound like a hernia to you guys? Im gonna go doctors but its virtually impossible seeing a GP in the UK right now, I do have an epididymal cyst so i was hoping the pain was from that but i just cant imagine the human body is so fragile that this can happen from a 4 week long cough

Any info would be useful as ive considered buying it but I dont want to buy it if im wasting my money (context i have both Makita 18v & 40v tools/ batteries)

Hey tbilisi, I’m here to work remotely and for a small holiday. I’ve walked most of the city and am constantly seeing stray/homeless dogs and cats on the streets.
My question is how do they survive food wise? Do kind locals go out and feed them or am I just seeing the ones that manage to find food out of dustbins etc?
I’m thinking of buying a couple bags of dog and cat food and doing a walk around to help out as many as I can. I don’t see any reason people would be against this, but I thought I’d check here first in case it’s frowned on by locals.

Can’t detect much floral to it or even place where I have smelled this type of scent before. One day I will be good at that. For now, I can say it is body mist quality. I pumped it out of the top by pressing down on the stem despite the missing atomizer. Minimal longevity. Can’t speak to projection since I applied it like a body splash. okay i will try to make this as short but well described as possible
After an awful lot of experience with a narcissist and betrayal and abandonment in my romantic life and at home, I decided to give my friend who liked me a lot in the past a chance. I was his first love, he was in love with me and we were really really close but I was only young back then and I had a fear of committment so as soon as he confessed i got scared and rejected him, even tho i think i liked him too, i was just too young to tell romantic feelings to regular friends closeness.
After 4 years of never the right time (either he was seeing someone or I was) and a year of him turning all the love he had for me into childish hatred and mean remarks and managing to exclude me from the whole friendship group and make me feel the loneliest on the world out of bitterness. This summer we got close again and i realized the reason i could never get over him like any other rude person i might come across was because my feelings and trust in him were deeper than just an acquaintance.
I told him i missed him a lot and liked him, but that I am scared of how he has acted in the past and it would be hard for me to trust him. I knew he was really close to a girl in our friend group so i asked him, even begged for him to tell me if there's any doubt in his mind about his feelings for her being only platonic. He assured me he had no feelings at all for her and soon after told me he has never been happier and loves me, and that he HAS loved me. So I gave all my trust to him. To make the long story short, two months later it turns out he has been messaging her all along and likes her and feels nothing at all for me, AT ALL. He was never really there for me while we were involved when it comes to personal stuff, everytime I was going thru something he would find an excuse to be busy and not talk to me. But the whole time he was listening to her personal problems and giving her updates on his life that I would find out about days later from other friends.
It hurts so much to know that I wanted to tell him the tiniest thing and he wouldn't even tell me big events in his life but would tell her. This all makes me feel much more betrayed in all areas of my life, he s part of my only friendgroup which it hurts to interact with now seeing the two of them be so close right in front of my eyes.
How do I get over this I don't even know where I can begin to process it. I don't have any support from family and friends and I'm not doing good at all. I also can't stop comparing which I hate that im back at this point I've been before, where they always betray and choose someone else that I'm stuck comparing myself to. I feel alone in the whole world

I (27F) have had a rough time since May 2024. I first had trapezitis and had to go for physiotherapy but left it when the pain started to get better. After 1 month, I again had a very serious trapizeius inflammation that had me go to the physio for a month. Once that got better, my lower back started hurting. So much so that even bending over the sink while brushing has become a painful activity.
At the end of October, I visited a mall with my friend and since then my ankle hurts whenever I even walk for 10 steps barefoot, and my knee is also hurting after walking 200 steps or bending my leg.
I had low vitamin D and B12, and have been taking supplements for them. I don't know what is up with my body. Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.
I can't even do anything these days because either my body is hurting or I have absolutely no energy.
