my fresh new starter finally bloomed and passed a float test. Yesterday, right after testing my starter and as I was getting ready to feed it once again, my scale broke. Unfortunately this happened too late for me to get a replacement, and I will have to purchase a new one on my drive home today.
My starter is in the fridge sealed shut waiting for me to get home. Will it be okay? will i need to feed it in a ratio other than 1:1:1 to restore it?

TLDR: I need a single address that allows FedEx and UPS to deliver to our house, USPS to deliver to the PO Box, can be entered on the mail forwarding system, and allows informed delivery? Is this possible?
Our local USPS has decided they can't be bothered to deliver to apartments in our city, which is frustrating. As a result, about thousands of people now need to pay for a PO Box - we were lucky to get one before they ran out about two days in. The thing is, we don't want to be further inconvenienced by FedEx and UPS delivering to the PO Box - but we don't know how a lot of things will ship in advance, so can't use two addresses. We need one address, that allows USPS to reroute to the PO Box, but all competent carriers to deliver to our door. The layout we went for, on advice of USPS was:

Apartment Street Address, Apt No.
PO Box 1234
City, State, Zip
This apparently cannot be dealt with by USPS, who are just holding everything for pickup at the least convenient post office they could've chosen. This will only be offered to us until the 3rd December after which any mail that cannot be delivered will be returned to sender. The pickup window is unfortunately ran by the rudest person who has ever walked the earth, so we can't get advice on how to handle this as her main feedback is "why you live there then" as if people who live in apartments shouldn't receive mail.
We also had to set up mail forwarding, which doesn't allow any street address to be entered where there is a PO Box, despite our local office saying our PO Box won't get any mail unless we put the Post Office's street address. The mail forwarding address looks like:

City, State, Zip
They gave us three different zip codes, so I used the one listed online. No mail is arriving at this PO box, despite the mail forwarding. This includes packages and letters shipping directly there with no reliance on mail forwarding, they simply aren't arriving and about half just go missing and the other half are held at the least convenient post office in the land.
It seems to me that we're simply unable to get any mail from USPS anymore, but are being charged handsomely for the price of any attempt because we pay both shipping and for an apparently useless PO Box, plus due to a disability I can't drive to have to Uber back and forth to check for mail at the office the PO Box is at AND to go to the other post office to pick up mail, as USPS cancelled the informed delivery service and said it is not available. I've written to a large number of people, including my Congressman and every government agency and USPS agency possible, to ask them to reverse this situation, but everyone just says it can't be reversed and offers no alternatives. Most of these responses, ironically, are shipped via FedEx to our address as they know I cannot get USPS mail.
We will, obviously, be moving to a different city, but our lease doesn't end until July and I am very reliant on mail due to my disability. Until then, how on earth can we get a single address that allows FedEx and UPS to deliver to our house, USPS to deliver to the PO Box, can be entered on the mail forwarding system, and allows informed delivery? Is this possible?

Côté économique, pas d'inquiétude je m'en fiche j'ai bien assez de réserve (2 ans de matelas de sécurité) mais c'est vraiment au niveau du "qu'est-ce qui vas se passer ?"
