So I have a flight tomorrow and I didn’t upgrade for additional baggage but I see that I have a carry-on included. I also see something about a personal item. Does that mean I can bring my carry-on and personal item? Or do I have to choose between one or the other.

Ciao, a luglio ho acquistato dei biglietti per il cinema, prendo la macchina e mi ci dirigo per scoprire solo poi da un semplice foglio di carta che il cinema era chiuso per blackout, bah. Qualche giorno dopo mi ci reco una seconda volta per avere quantomeno un rimborso (parola rimborso citata nel suddetto foglio). Rimborso non ottenuto ma scambiato con dei coupon. Oggi mi reco una seconda volta speranzoso di utilizzare i coupon scoprendo poi solo al desk che i coupon erano scaduti... In sostanza non mi vogliono rimborsare, non mi vogliono cambiare i coupon, tutto ciò che ho ottenuto é stato un "scrivi una mail". A me sembra veramente un furto. Qualcuno ha idea di come ci si possa comportare? É legale elargire un buono della durata di qualche mese? Hanno i miei soldi e io non ho usufruito del servizio.

2024.11.25 19:32 Historical-Box3656 MYHFR, Hypothyroidism and early scans
Any one else here have the MYHFR gene and hypothyroidism. Third pregnancy, the first two were chemicals. Due to my medical history and prior mc I had a scan today as I will need to go on some meds once the yolk is visible. I’m 5wks 1 day and believe I might be really 4wks 6days as I think I ovulated on day 16. Anyway… saw the gestational sac today, no yolk. I am being brought back in Friday for another. I’m just feeling really anxious while knowing it’s still really early I’m afraid another no show on Friday will make me even more anxious and would appreciate any good advice!

My dermatologist gave me two options: shaving method (most likely leave a circular scar, not invasive) or cutting it out (would leave a different shaped scar, forgot what she said lol but requires stitches). I want the shaving version but honestly, I'm scared of it because it's on my face. Has anyone done it?
