Bonjour à tous,
Faisant du 12US, difficile de pouvoir essayer facilement plusieurs paires de running, je m'en remet à vous pour vos avis. J'ai aujourd'hui des Puma Velocity Nitro 2.
Mon rythme est entre 5min15 et 5min30/km pour les sorties classiques, et 6min pour les sorties footing.
Dynamiques, parfois j'aimerai qu'elle soient un peu plus soft pour les sorties longues à basse allure. Des idées vers où creuser sachant que je ne veut pas tomber dans le trop mou ? (j'ai eu des Cumulus 23, parfaites pour débuter mais assez molle au final). J'aimerai une chaussure à tout faire dans ma semaine: 1 footing lent, 1 run tempo et une séance fractionnée.
Le soucis est que j'ai les pieds fin (et faisant du 12US), donc je cherche plutôt un chaussant fin du coup.

I have only had my rat since Friday, but we noticed her being very fat, and her appetite being very big. I send some photos to the lady we got her and my other rats from, and she said she does look pregnant, but it’s still too early to be 100% sure. Got my anti done two days ago,Went to a piercer that some ppl had recommended. When I got home I did some research and realized she didn’t use a surface bar but used a curve one. It’s not super irritated or bad looking at all, but I called and she tried to defend it i didn’t even argue but she said i could come back in a few weeks to change it. Is that even worth it? Will it dramatically increase the risk of rejecting and drop the longevity of the piercing as a whole ? B
