So I did not start out this run with the intention of only doing melee kills - this is only my first playthrough of the game after all - but by the time I beat the first pyramid fight I thought well I might as well go a little further, then I beat the flesh lip, then abstract daddy and so on.. and I just thought screw it I will just do a melee kill only run.
When I got to the bit in the hotel where I had to shoot the glass to get the book down, I was gutted as I wanted a no bullet run, but realised it wouldnt effect me getting the trophy.
Only small downside is because I took so much damage from getting up close and personal, there is no chance of being able to get any other ending than ‘in water’ - even if I stare at Mary’s photo/handkerchief loads before the final Pyramid Head fight.
This is one of the best games I have ever played and I am so happy bloober team got this remake right.

I’m getting a hit marker on HARDCORE at POINT BLANK RANGE
At point blank range and mid range on HARDCORE.
The damage has to be bugged, right?
There’s no way a pistol can one shot from mid range but a rifle is a 2 hit on HARDCORE at point blank range lmaoooo
I love this game, but it definitely needed another year for polishing.

I am a FTM, I only want to exclusively pump for my son due in January. I am a bit overwhelmed with the starting process of the pitcher method.
I get the concept of what you are supposed to do.. and how that milk is for the following day and etc etc. but like,, how do you even get started doing that early on??? What would baby eat that day while you are starting the next days stash. Is this really just meant for oversupply?? I have gone down the rabbit hole but my brain still can’t comprehend what I should do on the first day of getting the train rolling.

I got married in South Asia more than a year ago. I stayed with my husband in his country for 6 months after marriage.
While I was living with for 6 months, he was extremely possessive of me. He didn’t like me talking to his younger brothers, if we went to a restaurant I was not allowed to talk to a waiter to tell my order, if we went to a store, I wasn’t allowed to speak to the male shop keeper. I was fine with all this, though this is not even the norm in his country.
Fast forward, after 6 months of marriage, I came to USA to visit my parents for 1 month. I came with the intention of visiting only. My husband didn’t want me to go, but the ticket was already booked, but I assured him I would come back quickly.
My husband didn’t allow me to return to his country. Now he is insisting that I stay in America until he gets his green card. He’s not possessive at all anymore. We have now been long distance for 8 months, and he doesn’t even seem like he misses me.
I am just confused how an ultra possessive man turned into insisting long distance for such a long time?
By the way, he doesn’t have another wife. My family members live near him and visit him occasionally and confirmed he doesn’t have another wife.

Hi, I'm currently putting together a computer and have already managed to purchase a few components, but I have a few dilemmas (the prices I'm quoting are from Polish stores). I hope someone can help me make a decision, because I haven't really been following the component market for a long time. I managed to purchase a PNY RTX 4080 Super card for about $1000, and I can return it by the end of January. This card will quietly meet my expectations in games, I will not want to pay extra for the new RTX if their prices are much higher, but I am afraid that the value of this card will fall with the release of the new ones by a drastic amount. I also have a Cougar MX600($85) case, MSI MPG A850G PCIE5 power supply ($107) and Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120SE ARGB cooling ($36). As for RAM I'm wondering between Lexar ($117), Kingstone ($102) and Goodram ($94), all of which have 6000MT and CL30, of course, the latency on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions may vary slightly. The motherboard is a dilemma between MSI X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI ($260) and B650($210)/B650E($255) Steel legends. I bought a processor from AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3D($585), but the store where I shopped (I'm from Poland) decided to cancel my order because they “don't have” the processors in stock, while selling them at a higher price for about $700 (I can't do anything about it), which has messed up my plans and I'm not sure whether it's better to choose 7800x3D($400), 7950x3D($584) or 7 7000($240) : / I'm using a Dell G2724D monitor, I'm moving from an old PC, so any upgrade will be a salvation for me :D

2024.11.25 21:50 maxima-power I ruined my life a few years back and now I’m 26 can’t get over it
I used to be a healthy happy kid and then i fucked something up with someone that meant a lot to me back in 2018. Felt like life was getting better at some point but never attempted to get her back when we were single even when there were signs it might be possible. Anyways, in 2020 I got into an accident and tore muscles in the leg which has caused big deformities. After that I never had the confidence to ask any girls out, or get a GF. I also wasn’t able to do all the sports I loved like snowboarding, golf, soccer, gym. And I still can’t to this day.
Anyways, this girl is getting married now and I’m likely gonna be alone forever. I regret not trying to contact her again, and with the injury, I won’t be able to find anyone else. So this is just stuck in my head, the timeline probably would’ve changed had I reached out and maybe I wouldn’t have had such a traumatic injury. Really just want to die and get out of this misery, it’s everyday when I wake up, I get reminded I’m pretty much disabled with no hope for anything in the future. I feel dead inside and wish I had the balls to go through with it. I just know my family would be devastated.
So yeah basically I’m fucked and all these realizations are getting worse as time goes on. Don’t know what to do
