Hi there - so I was told I have combined heterozygosity for the MTHFR genes C665T and A1286C. I’m trying to figure out what supplements to help me - I am having altered sensations in my legs (tingling), all over brief twitches, fatigue, trouble concentrating, sometimes extreme anxiety, alopecia (hair loss) and more.
They’ve done MRIs, EMGs and much more and are at a loss of what is happening with me. Besides this test, my homocysteine is high (20.2); b12 is high (1200); MMA is low normal; folate normal (14); vitamin D low; iron low; iron saturation low; ferritin low. The only other test that was off was my parathyroid hormone test but my calcium is finally back in range. Everything else (which was a lot) is in normal ranges.
Anyone with similar results? Or does anyone have any suggestions for me on supplements for numbers like this? I’m just ready to feel better :(

I have been practicing guitar for a year now and I feel like I have not gained much in the whole year. I know the basic chords, Barre chords and all other basic stuff but I feel like I am not moving forward from there. I can play a song only if I know the chords beforehand. Also I really like classical/spanish guitar pieces and I try to play some of them but even after doing them many times I feel like I can't really get them to sound.. interesting. I can play the starting part of entres dos aguas, maleguena, some variations of it and the song that plays in the starting of the song "middle of the night" and time in a bottle. But they don't sound that good. I think I didn't learn things in the right order. Maybe some can help me. I don't know what to learn, what to practice and there's no help on YouTube. How can get out of this situation and learn steadily and maybe suggest some progressive pieces that I can practise. Also, I have an acoustic guitar(for now), but I want to play classic pieces on it. Any help would be appreciated

Hallo zusammen. Da mit die letzten Synapsen langsam durchschmoren probier ich hier mein Glück. Ich besitze ein gaming PC und ein Laptop zum Streamen. Über eine capture Card, elgato HD60X, konnte ich beides so verbinden das ich eben streamen kann und mein Mikrofon ist mit streaming Laptop verbunden. ABER für den einen Ingamechat Z.B. phasmophobia oder COD warzone, benötige ich einen 2. Mikrofon der an meinem gaming PC verbunden ist Was für Einstellungen habe ich falsch gemacht und hoffe das ihr mir helfen könnt.
Ich weiß nicht ob dies auch damit zu tun hat aber wenn ich zum beispiel über NVIDIA Systemsteuerung die Bildschirme einstellen möchte, wird nur mein hauptmonitor angezeigt und nicht mein streming lapi.
Ich hoffe das mit jemand helfen kann Danke Im vorraus

There’s an old trolley path by Anderson’s brigade marker on Detrobriand rd, follow that about halfway until another path on your right, then follow that about 150 feet Additional info on Capt. Fuller: Henry Fuller of Little Valley, New York was 22 years old at the time of his death at Gettysburg. He was a veteran of a dozen battles and skirmishes and had risen through the ranks from private to Orderly Sergeant to Second and First Lieutenant and finally to Captain and commander of Company F. Fuller’s regiment, the 64th New York Infantry, had advanced with its brigade to the ridge west of Rose’s Run where the monument to the 64th New York Infantry now stands. But the brigade was attacked from the front and flank and had to withdraw back across the low-lying area along Rose’s Run. As the regiment was withdrawing Captain Fuller was wounded in the leg. Private George Whipple came to his aid to try to help him to the rear, but Fuller was hit again, a mortal wound to his back. Whipple stayed with him as he died, and was captured by advancing Georgians. Fuller’s body was recovered on July 4th and he was buried two weeks later in Little Valley Cemetery in New York.
