I’m struggling so hard with loving and accepting myself and being confident. I want to be all those things especially confident.
I grew up rejected and ostracized by peers and I can’t get it out of my head. It became CPTSD.
I feel like I was often overlooked including by family. That also still sticks with me and i can’t get over it.
I’ve developed some sort of rejection trauma. I’m starting to become jealous of a new friend who i don’t want to jealous of at all. I just want a healthy friendship. But, even though me and her (she said this before too) have similarities, she has traits that I envy and I can’t function now.
I just want to be myself and embrace my complexity. I want to be more vulnerable and freer. I want to be more confident and stop worrying about what others may think. I don’t want to worry about being perceived.
The thing is though I’m pretty dumb and slow, can’t stand up for myself out of fear of conflict and being more ostracized.
Anyone know good techniques to help embody self love and confidence? How to be my true authentic self without fear?
I understand that fear is a state of mind and doesn’t actually exist. But, it’s hard for me to remember that during a scary situation.
I also worry about being canceled and embarrassing myself. I just feel like I lack common sense.

Open for roleplay. Ive got 4 plot ideas here id like to try out. Werewolves, werebeast, vampiwolf/ vampire themed stuff. You can look through and see if any of these pique your interest. Any gender acceptable. I will be using the same charavter cor any of these plots, Just a different alternative story/appearance.
Note - Mature themes here. Blood, wounds, bites, and fighting may or will occur.
Plot 1 "An Unexpected Visitor"
Genres - Slice of Life, Romance, Drama, Angst, Supernatural, Action
Muse A (Me) was a former warrior. Member of an old but now “long dead” pack of werewolves. After a falling out, She found herself living in the woods on her own for many years, Slowly becoming a lone wolf. And with no contact with the outside world she'd become distant, aggressive, Cold even. Snapping at just about anything that even remotely moving.
One particular night, finds herself in a confrontation with a group of “hunters”, Or so she says…Whom injures her, Causing her to flee. She finds herself trekking farther than she is used to from the forest, Stumbling upon a city, farm, or town, (whichever you prefer) and sneaking into Muse B's (your) home where she goes into hiding.
Shortly after you arrive back home, You would find her cowering about in your bedroom, Where the two exchanging an interaction. Yer for some reason, In your presence, She has no sense of hostility. If anything more terrified over any other at all. Yet this strange woman, This - Half human, half canine woman seems so helpless you offer to help her.
The next morning, She seems much less tense. And surprisingly - Friendly. And even opens up a bit on some of her life's story. Albeit somewhat vague, You see it she has nowhere else to go.
So, You offer her a place to stay. Where the two slowly creating a bond, Muse A gets to learn about the human world, And offering her own experiences in return to you in whatever which kind of help is needed.
But - Will the full truth eventually be told? Or has this "long dead" society of werewolves truly been” out of commission”? Could she be hiding something and not entirely telling the full story?
Plot 2 "Overprotective werewolf girlfriend/caring partner"
Genre Slice of Life, Romance, Drama, Action (optional if you wsnt to add hunters into the mix) Comfort, Supernatural, Modern day (early 2000's)
We can choose whether our characters are already in a relationship for this one or them being friends/best friends. I would rather one of these two options over strangers for this plot, Since this is inspiring off of a cute little story i like ton isten to.
Muse A (me) is a werewolf, and has been for about six years. Only days after taking a trip to irrland for a vacation and beingbitten by a werewolf (years before meeting you), Shes abruptly find herself returning home, Overwhelmed by the symptoms, Where shs discovering the horrifying truth. She has always been skeptical of the supernatural and never believed it until she just so unlucky to become one of the very monsters herself.
With this , She has since preferred to isolate herself, But after meeting Muse B (You) she'd started to open up a bit. Now much more open to exploring the open world again. She was so used to living on the outskirts in the middle of the woods to avoid people, She's had a hard time slipping back into society. But over time, As the two of you gres clossr, She would become a bit - Overprotective. And acting... strange. Snapping at the smallest of things, growling at unsuspecting humans, and even seeming on the verge ofnsome kind of - change. Now... here's the question ... Should muse B already know of their lycanthropy - Or would a sudden trigger to cause a shift have them.finding out her horrific secret? And if they already do know, How mamy times have they sedn her transform for their protection? Are they used to it by now and willing to try and calm her down? Offer comfort? Now how are you going to deal with this? She loves you. She will do anything for you, Even if it means... Letting the besst free. Is this a secret worth letting the world see?
Plot 3 "Changes" - Vampire Hunter X Vampire
Genres Slice of Life, Medieval (or) Modern, Romance, Drama, Action, Angst, Supernatural
F4F is preferred, But i won't decline a make role either! My character swings both
Muse A (You) is a vampire hunter while Muse B (Me) is a vampire. Having just recently been turned, Muse B is still on the verge of changing completely. One night - Muse A tracks and hunts Muse B down, cornering them in an old ruin (or alley, depending on the timeles/area), Binds the vampiress in chains, but hesitates to take her out when realizing she still has some of Her humanity left. Having been holding onto what humanity she has left, She bears little resemblance to a fully turned vampire.
She lacks the red eyes and pale skin, Her fangs are only just starting to develop and much shorter, Her skin isn't dirtied, And she seems to be doing everything she can to keep herself from lashing out and hunting. She's terrified. Nor does she wish to hurt people.
With every move she makes, She's shaking. Although hungry, She restrains. She seems to act far more human than most vampires could.
She's - Innocent. At least - As innocent as she can be. But this gives Muse A a reason to give her a chance. But for such a chance, What would the two of them do?
….would Muse B be able to handle herself and make a change? Guess the two of them will have to find out. And where will their adventures take them?
Plot 4 "The Defiant Rogue" 25 F4A Genre - Medieval, Fantasy, Supernatural, Action, drama, Romance (optional),
Note: Mature themes - Blood and fighting.
Muse A (You) find themself in a bit of a royal conflict. You hadn't expected this to go so wrong. You never had much money To go off of, Being a lone, but poor city person You got off on what scraps you could scrounge, But one day, You were desperate And would sneak into the royal bakery, Only to get caught by the guards who'd take you in and confront you with the king and queen for your actions.You were sentenced to execution, Which the princess wasn't too fond of. Seeing past your crimes, She feels sympathy for you.
After a brief back and forth with the king and queen, Muse B (me) the princess, Would reach a breaking point, Defying her parent's decision, She'd take it upon herself to slip you out of this sticky situation. Rather abruptly, The princess reaching her breaking ppint and snapping, transforming into some kind of beast, She lifting you into her arms, Sprinting out of the castle, and carryong your weakened body into the nearby woods, Rescuing you in the process.
Turns out, The princess isn't what she seems to be. and she is much more familiar with survivability in the outside world than one had thought. Thus - She helping you back on the right path into a better life, Despite her own condition.
She seems.to understand your struggles for some reason. But… Why?
Where will your journeys take you next? Would the two of you fall in love? Would… You want to fall in love with this… “monster”? Do you see her the same as the others?
What happens then… and now?

I was thinking of just making a frame out of wood for now and maybe using canvas along it and making the back or top of it have a sturdy section of solid wood with a hole for exhaust. I was thinking of lining the outside with plastic cause I happen to have a roll of construction plastic.
But yeah, I probably obviously could use some advice on a better idea.

I just started reading the series, I'm on book 3, and so far I've bought the hardcover versions. But the hardcover for book 4 isn't coming out until March. Are the bonus chapters also in the paperback versions? And if I decide to not wait and get the paperbacks is there a way to access the bonus chapters once they're released? Or would i have to buy the hardcover versions?

My partner was previously married. They got divorced with no solicitors involved, did everything else themselves online but they did not include a financial order. Short marriage, no children but own a flat together (can't currently sell due to cladding issues). Eventually we plan to get married but I've said I don't want to marry him until he's "financially divorced" from his ex as well.
What are the potential consequences for my partner if he never gets a financial order in place? I'm worried she will reappear years down the line trying to cause issues without one.
