I need a little advice or if anyone has any wisdom to share. But I'm in my 3rd year in construction, 1.5yrs as an estimator for a smaller drywall company. I graduated with a business degree, not engineering or CM. The past two days I interviewed with two larger companies. One being in the top 20 ENR last year, the other being a semi-large drywall contractor. My takeaways from the interviews, the GC seemed very interested in me as a person and seemed unbothered by what sort of training I might require and knew I have little to know mechanical/electrical knowledge. Talked growth and a path for me. The subcontractor's interview felt much more intense, quite frankly I felt like I knew 10% of what I should know when leaving the interview. Came in extremely humble and admitted there is so much I needed to learn. I have received an offer already from the GC but I honestly feel 50/50 on if the subcontractor would even offer me. My thoughts are that with the GC, you need a base knowledge of everything and the subcontractors prided themselves on being experts and working extra long hours or reviewing numbers even on vacation cause the "business doesn't stop while you're on vacation". Is this decision as cut and dry as it seems or is the GC most likely omitting how intense things actually are once I'm in?

 | This has been driving me crazy. Hope it's ok to post this here, I did a search, but came up with no other posts about this. The first time I heard the song 'Will', by Blacklit Canopy, I loved it. When I watched the video (several times) my imagination peaked and I wanted to know if anyone thinks or knows if the video is actual real footage from Leo's & Gemma's childhood, because it seems like it. The little blond girl looks like Gemma and the lil boy dancing around looks like Leo, and even dances a lil like Vessel. The BBC interview Gemma states that they were dating and lived next door to each other, hinting they grew up as childhood friends and the 'Will' video shows just that, a boy and girl playing on a see-saw and playing dress up. Looking to sell my vfc gbbr (I believe its the 12.5). This gun has been great to me over the past 6 months, however currently it needs just the slightest bit of TLC.
The issues: -Previous bolt broke & nozzle retention piece and was unable to be repaired. (Was done by previous owner, however hit its end point with me unfortunately). -Bolt catch needs a new spring I believe and thus often slips or doesn't hold bolt back. -Pistol grip is missing bottom plate. No Affect on functionality however important to me that buyer is aware.
I do have a replacement bolt for the rifle, however it has no internals and just the shell. New, complete bolts can be bough from JK for around 30US, and bolt catch assemblies for about 20US. This has been taken into consideration in pricing. With this in mind, the gun does not function at this current time period. You are more than welcome to bring your own bolt to test.
The pros: -6x Non leaking mags that all hold gas. 3 have a fair amount of wear, 1 has minimal wear, and 2 are essentially brand new. -Has a GHK blue hop up installed with a unicorn tight bore and bucking. -The gun does have signs of wear, but nothing apart from a few body surface level scratches. No dents or bloating. -Was just fully detail cleaned.

I wanted to ask- what app or what do Pastors use when preaching or app they keep handy for their notes, announcements, sermon etc? Any app in particular?
I feel like there isn't an app specifically that will cover a few great features while you're up there preaching. Like: - Bible (different versions)
- Events
- Announcements
- Music/praise list
- Agenda (daily agenda for the church)
- Timer (could be for preaching) etc.
Anyone else know some app that will take all this and more? Thoughts?

My boyfriend and I signed a two year lease on an apartment, and we’ve been having so many issues with disgusting water all over our floors. It literally comes out of the wall. The first time it happened was a few months ago - we didn't expect it to keep happening. Apparently, the apartments above us keep flushing things they aren’t supposed to flush, and we get all the damage from it. The maintenance workers have to keep ripping our wall open and then paint back over it.
Skip to this past Friday, and it happened again. Disgusting sewer water ALL OVER our floors. They said they “fixed it,” but the water has come back like three more times in the past few days. It smells awful, it’s ruined some of our furniture, and the floors just looks terrible now.
We have two cats, and we are afraid of them getting sick. We’ve had to keep them in our bedroom for days so this could be resolved.
Today, the water still keeps coming. It’s making our shower tubs disgusting and incredibly clogged, and we can’t even shower or use our water when they are working on it. It takes ALL DAY, only for the water to return again and again.
On top of this, we've had many other issues that I won't get into on this post. We are so sick of this. It’s disgusting, and such an inconvenience. We want to break our lease, but we aren’t sure if that’s possible. I've tried researching it, but I haven't found any definitive answers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
