I got this all purpose spell candle. It was made with the intention to amplify the energy to purify, heal, and grow, all 3 aspects mental, material and emotional. I know people read flames and wax and how they’re positioned. If anyone has any thoughts, I’d love to know them. The flame was pointed towards me for a long while at first. And this was in my room, hidden from wind.

RT school is so fucking boring i am near falling asleep in my pharm class. None of the equipment is interesting to me. The only reason i’m doing this is to be financially stable and get that 2-3 day workweek, i thought it’d be cool to help people in respiratory distress, but school is mind-bogglingly boring and i feel like im burning brain cells. I don’t know what to do lol. I just want a job that is interesting but will also benefit me personally to have knowledge in hence why i was going into healthcare in the first place

2024.11.26 00:40 GetUpandGoGoGo Garmin Coach Plan - Easy Pace Too Slow

I’m using Greg McMillan’s Garmin Coach Plan to train for a half marathon in February. The speed and tempo workouts are at a good pace, but the easy workouts are so slow. I can barely run that slowly.
I understand that long and easy runs are supposed to be ~60 seconds/mile slower than race pace. The training plan has these runs at about 90 seconds/mile slower.
Should I lower my goal race pace? Run faster than prescribed and ruin the execution score on those runs? Something else?

2024.11.26 00:40 attackonearth Renewing pharmacy technician license question?

I’ve been working as a part time pharmacy technician for a year and when i first hired they require a license to work that cost around $140 that was supposed to renew every 2 years and you would get reimbursed for. Suddenly they inform me recently that I actually have to get it renewed right now and pay even more because i have to go through another source to get classes. However i never got repaid from the first time so i’m now hesitant on paying for something out of blue that i thought was taken care of. Not to mention that the deadline is a week from now. Any advice for this?
