context (questions below if you want to skip): I graduated from uni earlier this year and am back living with my family full time until i have enough money saved up to move out. however coming back for good i'm realising that a lot of things around our house are really sub-par... no radiator in the bathroom making a lot of things difficult this time of year, loose banister railings, really roughly plastered walls meant for tiles halfway done, loose wires in walls etc... and i really want to help my mum out and get some of it sorted for her. but i've never done diy before and have no idea how to approach it
questions:
1) what tools would you recommend to start with? as in what tools specifically, which brands are good quality or good value
2) do you need to be physically strong? i don't have a lot of upper body strength (T_T) and want to know if i should work on that before starting
3) how steep is the learning curve? i know i won't be a pro instantly but i want to be realistic and have a good idea of how difficult i will find it
4) what basic skills/projects are the best for a newbie?
5) any general advice is more than welcome!!

Olá, boa noite a todos!
Há algum tempo venho praticando SQL com necessidades do dia-a-dia, e atualmente estou com um desafio de melhorar a forma de alimentação de um relatório. Diariamente extraio 3 bases com dados acumulados até fechar o mês, e vou salvando em uma pasta, posteriormente, carrego esses dados via Power Query.
Acontece que tratar dados no Power Query é uma lastima, tudo é etapa, etc... Criei um banco no pc próprio e comecei a treinar no SQL, e vi que existem algumas maneiras de subir os dados sem ser via upload, com bulk insert.
Como eu extraio as bases diariamente, existe alguma maneira de automatizar esse processo subindo essas bases via python diretamente no banco do SQL Server? Alguém já fez algo parecido com isso?
Desde já agradeço pela atenção.

2024.11.26 00:20 Dardaddy1 Spindrift 5 Fox or Rockshox?
I wanna get a Spindrift 5 AL 27.5 but i'm not quite sure if i should get the Rockshox Ultimate fork and air shock, or go with FOX. I see people online saying their ZEB turned out too progressive and they barely even get into the last 20mm of their travel, which might have been fixed with the charger 3 damper but this model has a 2.1, meanwhile no real complaints about fox but their X2 air shock seems to have a lot of problems with the seals and stuff as i saw from some forums, but once again the 2024 version seems to have fixed these issues. In other words i don't want coil versions since i wanna be able to change spring rates more often but will be hitting bigger jumps and stuff too so air fits better. Does anyone know if the Spindrift 5 has a 2024 Float X2 or the older one? And have any of you experienced any issues with either option?
