Ok, I've waited a while to post this and I thought about doing a video but the advice is to good to keep to myself. The best advice I can give is to never get the CEO abilities for insta-commit.
I know every thing you read says it's op, and it is. But I've got a tip that's even better and you can't use it off you have insta-commit. My advice is to offer every single player at a position you are interested in a scholarship in the 1st week. Do not waste your points on scouting. The reason is there is a key indicator of how good a player actually is but you can't see it until you offer them a scholarship.
That indicator is playing time. This game is full of bust and hidden gems. And not all gems get the green diamond. But every top player will get an A- to A+ in playing time. These guys will be freshman that come in from 78 to 84. And it's not just 5 star players.
In fact most of the hidden gems aren't 5 stars. Some are even 3 star players. Keep in mind that if your starting with a really low set of player at a position then the incoming grades will be skewed. But hey the player will still be the best player you have t the position.
Stop fighting with the CPU and other dynasty members over 5 star players and find all the 4 and 3 star A+ playing time guys. And then be strategic with your hours. You might not be on an A+ 3 stars radar but after you offer himand spend 50 hours you can jump to number one. A quick visit later and he's yours in 2 or 3 weeks.
I constantly filled team with 80+ freshman and end up cutting sophomores or Jr's who don't gain 5 or more attributes in the off season. I have 5 88 plus DE's, sophomores and Jr's. And that allows me to rest guys for entire games and keep injuries down.
The side note to this is you may find that a 5 star bust is actually an A+ playing time player. He might just be a bust because he has a low development attribute. But trust me if you take your time you will find a player at every position that is an A+. There are no less than 3 at every position. Again your team may be really bad at the position so an A+ might only be a 76. But again he will be the best player you have at that position.

 | Hey guys so I had been wanting this tattoo for so long because it has a meaningful place in my heart; I got it around a year ago. It says Dear Pen Pal, because my grandma and I used to write letters to each other before she passed. Sadly I didnāt research artists well and silly me didnāt realize you are supposed to ask for fine line when you want it. Now that Iāve done a lot more research on tattoos Iāve come to the conclusion that Iām not that happy with it. Besides the lettering being to thick, there are many spots that are too jagged. Also it has blown up and got thicker lot since I first got it (which the artist told me would happen I just wanted it fine line) *miscommunication on my part Iām coming to Reddit because first off I want to know if this tattoo is good or if I should do something to fix it. My options for fixing it are 1. Removing it (out of my budget right now) 2. Adding something around it or on my other arm to even it out 3. Get it outlined with my skin color so it is thinner and the lines are more crisp (Iāve heard this doesnāt heal well though?) Iām not in a rush to get it fixed I just really want to love it because it is so meaningful to me. If anyone has recommendations of artists or tattoo removal places near the South Florida area that would help too! Iāve hit my one year mark this month on November 15th and Iāve been stuck at 170. I wanted to get down to 140 but I had some mental health challenges over the last 5 months and barely checked on my weight and lacked in exercise. Any tips to get back in the game. Iām thinking of redoing the liquid diet to start up my weight loss. My doctor said this surgery could trigger my psychosis but I didnāt take it very seriously and stopped my meds but Iām back on them now. I feel good that Iām down 95 pounds but feel I could lose more weight and l donāt want to regain any weight.

So I've been manifesting a quantum leap to a timeline where I have my partner back after an outside influence forced us to split. I was talking to a friend of mine and a wave of depression hit me. I kept trying to robotically affirm my manifestation, but I still heavily felt the "lack". I kept thinking "I miss my darling", "why wasn't I important enough", etc. I have been working steadily everyday, affirming that I am in his bed, that we have been reunited. I spent about 45 minutes in my saddened state before I was able to consistently affirm again. How much progress roughly does one lose by cracking under the 3D?
