I've been restricting more and when I come home my mom follows my plan of meals and snacks. sometimes i get extremely nauseous or it causes my stomach to hurt so bad. i'll go over a week constipated and then get bad diarrhea. any suggestions?

Hello!! I have a player who wants to create a power that turns an area into lava (think like consecration from World of Warcraft) that damages whoever is in it. What is the best way to turn the ground into lava and do this? I assume there would be an environment effect of some sort, but the ground should literally change. Would an array with an environment, create, and damage power be best? That's the only idea we had but we've both never built a power like this. Is there a way to have the ground lava slowly cool on its own? Thanks in advance!! :)

2024.11.26 01:59 jasonvoorhees-13 Handling input taxes when making a small building to offset tax due.
We are currently having a small building built and we are getting invoices from different suppliers for the materials like cement, steel, electrical, tiles, etc.
We use these for input to lessen the VAT but can we use these as input to lower the overall ITR?
It will take around 2 years to make the building and from what I know the building itself can be depreciated yearly but not certain as to when does the depreciation start since we already have the materials with us but the building is not yet complete.

I have a wedding on December 20th and everyone attending, including the bride & groom like to drink pretty heavily.
I haven’t drank in a long time, but I’d like to participate as there will be a big party after the ceremony. I don’t plan on getting hammered but I’d like to enjoy myself. In the past I’ve had a pretty high tolerance and could drink quite a bit, but I’ve also lost 140lbs since the last time I’ve drank, so that may no longer be the case, and I should be able to take it easy while enjoying myself.
I take 100mg SR so a pretty low dose. Should I skip my dose a few days prior so it’s not fresh in my system? Or is it still too much a risk to be drinking on this medication?

I have consistently scored 15+ marks above the UPSC Prelims GS Cutoff for the past 3 years, and my experience tells that apart from a very good command over static books and current affairs, prelims require the development of a substantial amount of risk-taking appetite. No matter how much or how well you study, there will always be questions where you'll have to take a leap of faith and mark the answer based on your instincts. The broader is your knowledge base, the better your first instinct becomes,
In this context, I've started sharing UPSC-CSE Like Quizzes that involve two types of questions 1. First 5 based on the key current affairs or basic static topics. 2. Next 5 would be intentionally from sources/topics one generally doesn't read much about. You're required to attempt those questions anyway after some thought and use them to develop your risk-taking appetite by identifying patterns and trends. In the longer run, it'll help in building a sound aptitude for tricky Prelims questions.
Also 1) you'll have a response of your answers emailed to you along with your score 2) answers along with explanations will be available right after you submit the quiz. 3) Quiz will go live every day at 9:30 pm.
Currently, skipping questions is not allowed in the Quiz in order to boost your risk-taking appetite, and make it comfortable for you to err. Once we've practiced this for enough days, we'll move on to improve question selection skills, where we'll learn when and how to skip questions.
