2024.11.26 02:00 BriCheese I was at my fittest when I smoked. Now almost 2 years later after quitting, i’m at my heaviest!

Anyone else who has quit have this experience? When I smoked I could eat whatever I wanted, not a pound gained. Now, I look at food and gain weight.
I started eating well and not fast food everyday around 21. I haven’t changed my diet since then. Veg, meat, minimal starch, and fasting. I still eat the exact same things! Maybe its my meds? But I’ve been on those for 4yrs and didnt start gaining until I quit weed almost 2yrs ago.
Went from 110lbs to 150lbs as a 5ft female. I am getting back to the gym after a very long time off because I can’t even look at myself anymore
I smoked multiple times daily from 17-24yrs. Pretty much stoned 24/7. 25 now. (F)

So I’ve tried every generic tutorial under the sun. I know my pc is potent enough, as I can run the base game and other switch games without as much as a hiccup.
Now, my issue is that whenever I tried to load pokemon scarlet or violet using the pokemon compass mod the game just gets stuck on the loading page. It never loads.
If I delete the mod, it loads instantly and runs smoothly without any hitches or frame drops.
How can I make sure the mod is loaded correctly?

So I get that temporary rentals are (usually) furnished and 32 days to 11 months long. Perfect for us - We’re moving to BCN and are looking for a furnished rental for a few months, before we buy or find a long term place. I’ve messaged a few apartments on Idealista and got one message back so far (from an agency).
They told me they can only rent to me if I can PROVE that I’m only in BCN temporarily. So I need a paper from my work or university that states that I’m only in BCN temporarily, including my date of departure.
Umm, what? Is it always like that? I told them that I’m not planning to depart, but that I just need a temporary rental until we find something more permanent, and that I’m happy to commit to a specific amount of months. They said no, they absolutely need an official paper.
I don’t get it. I’m a EU citizen so it’s not that. Why can’t they just rent to me temporarily? Why does it matter if I’ll leave BCN or not, and why does it matter why exactly I’m in BCN? Do all temporary rentals work this way? I just want to know so I don’t waste my time messaging more.

2024.11.26 02:00 wlybrand Intermittent Internet Loss - Strange Router Behavior

Every 2-4 weeks my router will lose the internet connection. The Fiber jack shows green for Power, Optical, and Network. My wired Deco router has a red light for no internet. When this happens, I cycle my Deco router, and usually it doesn't work. Next, I power down the Decor router, then the Fiber jack, then bring the Fiber back, and then router back. That usually doesn't work also, so I may do it again, unplugging network cables, and waiting 5 minutes in between. Usually, it still won't work, and I'll sit on a chat or call with support, and they will tell me my router is broken. I have tried two Deco routers (part of the mesh pair), including factory resetting both. I suppose it is always possible, but I think the router is in the clear.
Ultimately what has worked the last couple of times, strangely, is to connect a laptop directly to the Fiber jack with a different cable. Often, the laptop will immediately get a connection. Then, when I plug the router back into the Fiber jack, it immediately turn green, getting internet. So there is no internet to the router, I plug the Jack into a laptop, it gets internet, and then I plug the Jack back into the router, and it gets internet.
Why would my router not get internet from the jack after power cycling both, but it would get internet form the jack after the jack is connected to a different device? Does the Jack store some information about connectivity state or what is downstream from it?
Thanks in advance. And I hope my explanations were adequate. This is a weird one and I am starting to lose all patience with it!
