I periodically post about the transgender community I created for veterans. Here are the numbers. 1 in 5 transgender Americans is a veteran. Per capita that is twice the general population sitting at 1 in 10. There are over 1 million LGBTQ+ veterans and 79,000 LGBTQ+ active duty. Currently there are 15,000 transgender active duty service members. If you are a veteran or active duty please come join our community at transveteranpipeline. We have built a community of transgender service members past and present and have rekindled some of that camaraderie that we had once enjoyed. As the title says, I got a layover in Beijing for about 21 hours. I land at 12:40 at Daxing PKX Airport. The next day, I'll have to catch a flight around 9 am to Tokio.
I've roamed similar topics but never found a concrete answer. So to someone who has had this before, is it possible to visit the Great Wall (Badaling, maybe?),the Forbidden City or Tiananmen Square within this timeframe? Consider I'll take public transport or a cab back later the evening to the airport for my overnight stay in a hotel.

Seeking Anonymous Participants for a Study on Male Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse (Cisgender men who encountered sexual abuse before the age of 17)
Hello, Reddit community! I am posting to invite participants for an anonymous research study exploring the experiences of cisgender men who encountered sexual abuse before the age of 17. This study is organized through the Center for Human Sexuality Studies at Widener University. The study is being conducted to better understand the experiences of this population. If you or someone you know fits the criteria below, your participation would be greatly appreciated in helping advance research for better support and resources for male survivors.
Participant Criteria:
- Cisgender man (identifies as male, assigned male at birth/birth sex is male)
- Between ages 18-60
- U.S. citizen
- Speaks, reads, and understands English
- Not taking medications that negatively affect sexual functioning
- No medical conditions negatively impacting sexual functioning
- Experienced sexual abuse before the age of 17

Hi all, I’ve got a doctors appt in two weeks but my mind won’t let me rest with the questions and concerns I have. I’ve been suffering from some unusual symptoms the past month- night sweats, cramping starting at ovulation and going after my period ends, and terrible mood swings (more so than usual because I have PMDD). I’m also bloated all the time and I’ve gained weight even though not much has changed in my diet. Do these symptoms sound like endo? Is it common to have it even after two pregnancies?

Something that eases my nerves is realizing how many people I've ghosted and lost contact with. It's sad, but it's easier to make friends with people you see regularly with no pressure. I got all sad about being alone, but then I realized, people have to be pressed into your life to stay there. There isn't anything exceptionally terrible about me, it's just my perspective. Also other people can just be vibe killers unintentionally, some times other people are just lame and tired. Thinking about this helps me, because I have been described as a fun person, but not everyone wants to be around that every day and thats fine. I think I just naturally overthink and maybe I should put that effort elsewhere instead of thinking about potential social fuck ups. Most people say they think I'm good and thats good enough.
