Anyone here good at cooking a big batch of something and then freezing smaller portions?
I'm single so I don't want to cook a vat of something and eat it for two weeks. I'd rather portion it out and freeze. I once made 20+ burritos and frozen them, but the tortillas fell to pieces.
I'd rather cook a central ingredient with sauce and then freeze. One can always heat and add to fresh tacos shells, etc. However it's rare to see frozen pre-cooked Mexican proteins in stores. Any thoughts?

I'm sitting on 21 $25c for January 17th. $626 average cost per option.
I'm thinking of selling them all and buying roughly 38 $30c for December 20th . $405 average cost at market close today. I could probably get around 38 calls, an increase of +14.
The $30c have a delta of 56 and a theta around 8. The $25c have a delta of almost 74 and a theta 4
A 1$ increase on the $30c would be around $2128 (w/38 calls) A 1$ increase on the $25c would be around $1554 (w/21 calls)
Just that math alone seems to support rolling my 25's into 30's.
I'm planning to be out before the earnings release to avoid IV crush and theta loss. If we don't peak before then, I'll sell the options and buy shares instead, and rebuy options after if needed.
My thesis is that we're going to pop before earnings.
Anyone want to offer upside/downside thoughts on things I might not have considered here?

Gusto ko rin maging proud sa akin mga magulang ko kaya inaako ko halos lahat ng responsibilidad sa bahay. Even spoiling them with good food, material things at mga staycations. I hit rock bottom nung narealize ko na umabot na pala sa 1M ang utang ko at wala na ako mahanap na mapagkakautangan. Declined lagi sa ibang credit cards and personal loans. Sinubukan kong solusyunan mag-isa dahil na rin siguro sa pride being the eldest at mataas ang expectations sa akin ng mga tao dahil mataas ang pinag-aralan ko. Kung saan saang microloans nangutang. Araw-araw ang tindi ng anxiety at lungkot. Noong hindi ko na kinaya, sinabi ko na sa magulang ang problema ko. Nabigla sila… magkahalong galit, lungkot. I failed them pati mga kapatid ko na ngayon ay tumutulong umako sa problema ko. Nakokonsensya ako na kahit ganoon ang nangyari willing pa rin ang mga magulang ko pautangin ako ng ganoong kalaking pera para mabayaran lahat ng utang ko at the expense of their retirement home na mukhang madodowngrade na yung construction dahil sa kagustuhan nilang makatulong sa problema ko. We are not rich pero habang lumalaki sinubukan talaga ng mga magulang ko iprovide lahat ng needs even wants. Hindi ko naramdaman na pinagkaitan nila kami. Feeling ko hidni ko deserve lahat ng masasarap na pagkain na kinakain ko dahil nasa bahay magulang ko at nagtitipid yung kaunting natira sa retirement pay nila. Pinagbebenta ko na rin yung mga materyal kong gamit dahil hindi ko maatim makita yung pinuntahan ng pera. Hindi ko mapatawad ang sarili ko. Araw-araw ko kinukwestyon ko bakit ang tanga ng mga desisyon ko sa buhay at dinamay ko pa buong pamilya ko. Naaawa ko lalo sa mga magulang ko na nakikitang malungkot pero sinusubukan maging malakas at patuloy pa rin akong inassure na magiging okay din lahat. Nahihirapan akong makita sila sa ganoong sitwasyon.
I need words of advice, comfort? Ang hirap bumangon araw-araw.

I am studying for the CVR to become a court reporter. I purchased dragon legal individual v16 a month ago. It barely works. I contacted the support representative and they made it a little better but it’s still SO FRUSTRATING! Siri/ Alexa/ literally anything other listen device transcribe better than this ?! I can’t believe I paid so much for this. I spend most of my study time correcting words from dragon. It’s difficult to determine how much I improved in speed because of how poor dragon works. I’m so frustrated. Every sentence there is an incorrect word. I don’t understand how people are using this software??

Nabantayan nako nga kada mag-istorya mi, ako pirmi mangita ug topic para lang magpadayon ang conversation. Pag last Monday, wala ko ni tagad niya una (murag nagpapansin ko). DISCLAIMER lang, gusto ra jud nako makig-istorya sa tawo nga wala maghatag ug atensyon. Pero nalingaw lang ko nga kada mag-istorya mi, murag naay feelings, pero gusto lang jud ko mag-istorya.
Balik sa storya, siya ang niuna ug tagad nako. Nagpangutana siya unsa daw akong SIM, unya samtang naglisten sa klase, iyahang arms nga gi-bump sa akong arms. Dili ko sure kung gi-bump ba to niya intentionally or accident, pero nalingaw ra ko.
Pag October 18, nag-istorya mi, kalit niya akong gi-akbayan. Pag next week, ni absent ko, unya pag Monday, niingon siya ngano ko ni absent ug kinsa daw akong kauban. Murag akong kilig ato, pero ni-reply ra ko nga "boang, naa ra ko sa balay."
Pero naghunahuna ko, basin bored ra siya sa klase mao nang makig-istorya siya nako, or basin naa pud siya feelings nako. Kada Monday, mag-istorya mi, pero wala mi social media connection, mao nga murag 90's vibe lang siya—real interaction.

I haven’t looked at this year’s road toll, but everyday I see people on their phones while they have kids in the back seat and it really made me think about those ads from years ago. Did they work? Should they be done again as a deterrent? I didn’t have my lisence when they were made but I remember how much they scared me and burnt those images into my head about not fucking around when driving.
