I have a Genesis g70 and stock it comes with 19s on primacy touring AS 225/40 front 255/30 rear. I find them very stiff and unforgiving of bumps and road vibrations. I also think their traction sucks. I'm looking to move to a square setup in 18s at 235/45 that will retain a sporty feel but also soak up bumps and other road imperfections. Would prefer somewhat quieter as well. Does such a tire exist? Conti dws? Is that going to be harsher than the primacy touring?

I just returned from my appointment with a surgeon to discuss timelines and options after rupturing my Achilles yesterday. They are wanting to schedule surgery next Monday (1 week from injury)
I had plans to fly on a 2 hour flight next Monday and visit family after a 1.5-2.5 hour drive this Thursday.
He's advising I avoid both due to blood clots risk.
I understand the flight, although I've read others taking some sort of medication (blood thinners) and the cost of prolonging surgery, but to not be in a car (not the one driving) to see my family for thanksgiving has me pretty disappointed.
Has anyone else recieved advice similar to this, or navigated these scenarios in any way under a similar timeline?

I am currently follwing USP methods for cryopreservation but doing everything right, my Burkholderia Cepacia still not growing after the warming and plating.
All of the possible tests to find the error was done already: media, temperature, plates, incubation etc

In some games my mouse will lag or stutter but when I use a Xbox controller it runs super smooth I don’t know what to do but it’s really annoying trying to navigate a main menu on some games. Also when I manage to make it off the main menu and get in game it’s fine.

Feeling it start up again
Hello. I’m just writing to write out my feelings if that’s alright.
I’ve been diagnosed for a few years- pretty much months before Covid officially hit (luckily the drs say).
I’ve been in hospitals from Lupus + complications for months at a time stays and back to back stays. At my worst sepsis or maybe the time I had a stroke and learned to walk again.
Because of all these past medical issues and situations I’m having a really hard time emotionally handling feeling like I’m getting sick/a flare is starting.
I feel the muscles burning. I feel the ache. I have the headache. I’m getting fevers the moment it’s evening / if I’m doing anything . Nauseous and I only want soup (I hate soup).
It’s just so hard to lay in bed scared of it getting bad bad again. I hug my stuffed animals that friends sent me when in hospital or that has my partners voice.
My friends are so caring and I’m so lucky they all understand. Some have driven me to the hospital & talked to me all night when nurses kept me up. But somehow I still feel so utterly alone. I’m sick and scared and I know hopefully it’ll be okay. It’s been okay so far right? But it’s just so scary.
And it’s not bad yet. I’m walking and talking and can eat and can stand and can hold things stil. But I’m just so scared and I wish it wasn’t this scary. I know I’ve gotten scared only because of what’s happened. I didn’t used to be this scared.
But anxiety and poor health are a horrible horrible mix when alone in a bed.

So i started at the start at the lowest dosage and worked my way up gradually and i’d say im a pretty average to low average responder so far. Only around 1 did i begin to feel the proper effects of it such as less food noise and full appetite with lower food than usual so right now its working but sometimes (usually within the first 2-3 days of my shot of 1) it feels completely different in a good way. I have very VERY little cravings and normal food portions fill me up super fast. Is that what 1.7 will be like?
For those who have gone from 1 to 1.7 please could you share your experiences. thank you
