Olá, tenho crises do pânico há 7 anos, porém nos últimos 2 anos pioraram muito. Nos dias de hoje, fico 24 horas com pensamentos intrusivos focados que em algum momento vou parar de respirar ou alguma coisa de ruim vai acontecer comigo.
Tomei Escitalopram 10-20mg durante 5 anos, até quando elas voltaram. Quando elas voltaram tomei venlafaxina e outros medicamentos, que mais pioraram minha vida do que ajudaram.
Hoje estou tomando Paroxetina 20mg, e como citej no inicio, não está ajudando 100%, mas foi o que mais ajudou além do Escitalopram. Além disso, está sendo bem complicado lidar com os colaterais da baixa de libido, fadiga e sono excessivo.
Sem contar os medicamentos, me alimento SUPER bem, me hidrato corretamente, exames de sangue em dia, terapia em dia, exercícios fisicos de 3-4x por semana. A unica coisa que há 7 anos nao consigo acertar, é o meu sono, mas de resto, está tudo em dia.
Bom, sigo tendo as minhas crises, a unica diferença é que sei esconder muitoooo bem das pessoas, até mesmo minha familia não sabe quando estou em crise, o que praticamente ocorre todo dia. Gostaria de ver aqui na comunidade, se alguém que já passou pela mesma coisa, se poderia me dar conselhos, honestamente, não sei mais o que fazer. Até hoje não consigo acreditar ali no momento da adrenalina que o que estou sentindo é psicológico, e que a falta de ar (principalmente falta de ar) + dores + coracao batendo estranho + tontura + visao turva + uma porrada de sintoma, sejam da minha cabeça. Dicas? Conselhos?

Admittedly I only started wearing sunscreen under my makeup recently and it was life changing for my makeup! I used to be an oil slick by midday but now my makeup is still flawless after a full day at work.
I didn’t change my makeup and skincare. I just added sunscreen and it made a difference.

Played as a twosome today. Course was pretty open today so expecting a quick 18. Played front 9 in less than 1.5 hours.Found a foursome in front of us on 11th. Followed them through 13th. They were not very slow so no complaints, but still slower than us.
On 14th hole we decided to skip a hole and play through. As I drove by we gave them a hand sign and the 'face'. They saw us but did not respond.
On the next tee they drove up to us and said we can't play through without permission. I said we just skipped a hole as we didn't want to bother them. They still said we cannot do that. Instead of arguing with them we just teed off and moved on. When we were heading to the 18th fairway they were not even on the 16th green.
I know a foursome is not obliged to play someone through, but even skipping a hole too? I've played many years but never complained about someone skipping a hole while I'm playing.
Not sure if I was being an asshole but very weird experience on a thanksgiving week.

Mine is recent: James Paxton. He always exhibited signs of ace and Cy Young potential with the Mariners having some dominant stretches. When the Yankees acquired him, I was excited.
Although he took some time to figure things out in the Bronx, he was a top 5 A.L. pitcher in the second half of the ‘19 season. Plus, game 5 of the 2019 ALCS is one I’ll always remember. Out dueling Verlander in a crucial elimination game. Plus, the special moment where Boone made a mound visit to check with Pax in which he told Aaron he was ready to finish the inning and the crowd erupting in response. Then, Chirinos flying out immediately after to cap off a classic playoff performance.
Unfortunately, after the 2019 season, he could never stay healthy and is still struggling with nagging injuries to this day, but I enjoyed Paxton in pinstripes and hope all the best for him.

I have an MY25 BRZ Ts on order to be delivered in a couple of months.
When test driving the MY24 the headunit was not the best and I noticed it was still wired Android Auto. I had swapped the stock headunit in my MY17 BRZ with a Kenwood unit and it was great.
I know heard the stock headunits are connected via CANBUS but any meaningful changes can be in the gauge cluster interface. Is it possible to replace the headunit and has anyone done it?
I don't mind dropping $1,000 - $2,000aud to get a good quality headunit.

I just finished reading Talking to Humans. I have to say - what an eye-opener! As short as it is, this book gave me a lot of clarity about the lack of success I've had with my projects and the approach I want to take moving forward.
How do you all interview potential customers as solo developers? What's worked for you, what hasn't? Any tips / advice you'd like to share?
I've also had this random product idea: Something like chat roulette for user interviews with time as a currency. Spend 15min being interviewed by someone and you will get to do a 15min interview with someone else (with a reasonable / helpful matching mechanism).
