My ex left me two weeks ago and has since hard blocked me on everything, deleted all our photos, returned my stuff and even took down our joint instagram page. Her parents still have our pictures up because I imagine they are just as shocked as I am
Throughout our entire 1.5 year relationship, we had no issues. We developed routines that worked for us, agreed on everything, and spent almost all our free time together with plans to get a place together. We were compatible to a fault, aside from one thing that would happen consistently- she would say she felt like a burden on me. That I didn’t love her in the way she needed. Unfortunately she had childhood trauma that would trigger at times. Everytime I made a mistake in the relationship, she would break up with me. She would ghost me for a couple days, all the while I’m trying to convince her that I do love her and want her to feel like that. Then we would finally get together and talk about her trauma. She would apologize, then tell me she appreciated how I stuck with her despite all this. But two weeks ago I must have triggered something deep, because I never would have imagined this happening and I don’t think she did either. We said “I love you” to each other after the breakup and as she drove off for work
We both wanted it to work so bad. She must have broken up with me 8 times in the relationship because of how she thought that I felt about her. It was the strangest, most heartbreaking relationship I’ve ever been in. I would tell her how unfair it was of her to try and tell me how I felt about her. It’s almost like we pushed each other away. Her message to me two days ago read “I need you to do me a favor and delete our insta account. I would appreciate it. Take care.” And I can’t even message or call back because I’m blocked. What went wrong? Why did this have to happen? I loved her but she never believed it was genuine - how could she put me through all the turmoil that she did based on how she felt?
The final mistake btw was me not going with her to take her exam. I asked her to text me afterwards because I wanted to surprise her with flowers, but she never did. I know I should have absolutely gone with her, and that’s on me, but my words were meaningless. She would say “You say you wanted to. Why didn’t you?” What more could I have done to apologize for my mistakes?

If you haven’t, your seriously missing out. Their ‘80s stuff is very commercialized, their ‘70s work is far more cool/jammy, neat chord progressions and interesting subject matter. In both eras of their music the musicianship is absolutely second to none…I don’t care what you say, they are better than any of your favorite stars, just not as polished. And their stage shows from the ‘70s were the coolest, just a giant mosaic of television, vaudeville, and satire. If you’ve never heard of them go give a listen and a look, they will be your new favorites, I promise.

I can’t remember what podcast or maybe YouTube doc I saw this on but I vaguely remember a couple things that weren’t addressed in this Netflix doc. If someone could point me to some evidence so I’m not making myself crazy I’d appreciate it:
- The phone call Patsy made to the police either wasn’t the first call she made to the police (she dialed 911 but immediately hung up only to call back a littler later) or there were a couple seconds captured on the call before Patsy was connected to the dispatcher in which Patsy is saying something, presumably, to Burke (I can’t recall what exactly)
- At the time of the murder, either in Boulder at large or within a certain vicinity of the Ramsey household, there were a lot of people on the sex offender registry. Like, a lot.
- There was like a Santa Claus impersonator that might’ve been a suspect?
